Mutilated or Missing Warrants. In case this Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen, or destroyed, the Company shall issue in exchange and substitution of and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant of like tenor and for the purchase of a like number of Warrant Shares, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of the Warrant, and with respect to a lost, stolen or destroyed Warrant, reasonable indemnity or bond with respect thereto, if requested by the Company.

Mutilated or Missing Warrants. In case any Warrant shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant of like tenor and representing an equivalent right or interest, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant and indemnity or bond, if requested, also reasonably satisfactory to the Company. Applicants for such substitute Warrants shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such reasonable charges as the Company or the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

Applicants for such substitute Warrant certificates shall also comply with such other reasonable conditions and pay such reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.
Mutilated or Missing Warrants. In case the certificate or certificates evidencing any Warrants shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall, at the request of the affected Warrantholder, issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated certificate or certificates, or in lieu of and substitution for the certificate or certificates lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant certificate or certificates of like tenor and representing an equivalent right or interest, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of such Warrant and, if requested, at the cost and expense of the Warrantholder (in the case of loss, theft or destruction), an unsecured bond of indemnity in form and amount reasonably satisfactory to the Company. Such substitute Warrant certificate shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations as the Company may prescribe.
