Place of Performance from Senior Executive Employment Agreement

AGREEMENT made as of the 10th day of August, 2015 between Foot Locker, Inc. (the "Company"), a New York corporation with its principal office located at 112 West 34th Street, New York, New York, and Pawan Verma ("Executive").

Place of Performance. In connection with the Executive's employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based in the New York metropolitan area or such other place in the United States to which the Company may hereafter relocate its principal executive offices, except for required travel on Company business.

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment during the Term, the Executive shall be based at the Companys offices in New York City, except for necessary travel on the Companys business.

Place of Performance from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is made this 24th day of March 2014 by and between W. Bryan Hill, an individual resident of the State of Texas (the "Executive"), residing at 512 Shelton Dr., Colleyville, TX 76034 and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware company (the "Employer"), located at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75007. The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be May 15, 2014.

Place of Performance. Executive shall perform his duties for Employer from the offices of Employer, located at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, Texas 75007 or such other locations within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of such Place of Performance.

Place of Performance from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of February 28, 2012 (the Effective Date), is made by and between Monster Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company), and Mark Stoever (the Executive).

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment during the Term, the Executive shall be based at the Companys offices in Maynard, MA, except for necessary travel on the Companys business.

Place of Performance from Employment Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of May 15, 2008 (the Effective Date), is made by and between Monster Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company), and James M. Langrock (the Executive).

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment during the Term, the Executive shall be based at the Companys offices in New York City, except for necessary travel on the Companys business.

Place of Performance from Employment Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of June 7, 2007 (the Effective Date), is made by and between Monster Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company), and Timothy T. Yates (the Executive).

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment during the Term, the Executive shall be based at the Companys offices in New York City, except for necessary travel on the Companys business.

Place of Performance from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT dated as of March 15, 2011 (this Agreement), by and between Richard M. Safier (the Executive) and GulfMark Offshore, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company).

Place of Performance. In connection with the Executives employment by the Company, the Executives principal business address shall be at the Companys current principal executive offices in Houston, Texas (the Principal Place of Employment) or in such other place as the Executive and the Company may agree.

Place of Performance from Executive Employment Contract

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (the Amended Agreement), made and entered into as of the 22nd day of July, 2010, amends and restates the Executive Employment Contract dated as of December 1, 2005, as most recently amended and restated as of February 5, 2009 (the Prior Agreement), by and between Sensient Technologies Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Company), and Kenneth P. Manning (hereinafter referred to as Executive);

Place of Performance. In connection with the Executives employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (at the principal executive offices of the Company) except for required travel on the Companys business to an extent substantially consistent with his present business travel obligations.

Place of Performance from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this Agreement), is made this 8th day of January, 2008 (the Effective Date) by and between Jason Lindwall, an individual resident of the State of Massachusetts, (the Executive) with a residence at [***], and RealPage, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Employer), having its chief offices at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, Texas 75007.

Place of Performance. Executive shall perform his duties for Employer from Employers corporate offices at 4000 International Parkway, Carrollton, Texas 75007, or at any other address in Dallas County or Collin County, Texas to which the corporate offices may be moved in the future. Executive shall relocate to Employers headquarters office no later than April 1, 2008. Within thirty (30) days prior to the earlier of (a) Executives anticipated relocation or (b) Executives familys anticipated relocation, Employer will pay Executive One Hundred Thousand Dollars (US $100,000.00), subject to Employers customary payroll practices and legal requirements regarding withholding, toward reimbursement of the cost of his relocation. This payment is intended to cover the cost of relocation, but does not contemplate Employer paying commissions, points or other costs associated with buying or selling a home. Such payment shall be made regardless of the actual relocation costs incurred or to be incurred by Executive, and Executive shall not be required to provide receipts or other evidence of relocation expenses incurred.
