Authority's Representative. 2.1.1 See the Administration Instructions on the Invitation to Tender, (ITT), document 1 for the name, responsibilities, and contact details in respect of the Authority’s Representative.
Authority's Representative. The Authority shall designate, from time to time, one or more representatives authorized to act on its behalf with respect to the Work, together with the scope of their authority, who shall observe the Work, assist the Authority in rendering necessary decisions, and communicate such decisions to the Contractor through its representatives.
Authority's Representative. The Authority shall appoint a duly authorised representative ("Authority's Representative") to act on its behalf under this Contract. The Authority’s Representative shall be such person whose name, address, contact number and designation have been provided in Schedule 5 (Authority’s Representative). The Authority’s Representative shall carry out the duties assigned to them, and shall exercise the authority delegated to them, by the Authority. Unless and until the Authority notifies the Contractor otherwise by written notice, the Authority's Representative shall be deemed to have the full authority of the Authority under this Contract, except in respect of Clause 16.1 (Termination by Authority). If the Authority wishes to replace any person appointed as Authority's Representative, the Authority shall, within 2 (two) days of such replacement, give the Contractor notice of the replacement's name, address, duties and authority, and of the date of appointment. However, it is acknowledged by the Contractor that any action, omission or failure to take action on part of the Authority’s Representative under this Clause 7.3 shall not in any way relieve the Contractor from its obligations under this Contract.
Authority's Representative. The Authority shall appoint an individual to be the Authority’s Representative and as such to liaise with the Contractor’s Representative, and shall keep the Contractor informed of the identity from time to time of the Authority’s Representative.

Authority's Representative. 2.1 The following person is the Authority's Representative and is authorised to act on behalf of the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions on all matters relating to the Agreement. Authority's Representative. The Authority shall appoint the Authority's Representative and shall inform the Contractor in writing of the identity of such Authority's Representative. The Authority's Representative shall liaise with the Contractor's Representative. In the event that the Authority wishes to change the identity of the Authority's Representative from time to time it shall inform the Contractor in writing of the identity of the new Authority's Representative.
Authority's Representative. 2.1 The Authority's Representative shall be that named in the Framework Agreement DWP/010/4166 for the Provision of CRA Services and is authorised to act on behalf of the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions on all matters relating to the Agreement as detailed in the Framework Agreement DWP/010/4166 at section 5.
Authority's Representative. (a) The Authority shall appoint a competent and qualified person to act as its representative in connection with this Agreement and such person shall be the Authority’s Representative. (b) (i) The Authority’s Representative shall be located in Ireland.
Authority's Representative. The City hereby designates the Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Deputy Director of Public Works, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Contract (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract except for increasing the Total Contract Price. Contractor shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
