Prime Rate Investment Account definition

Prime Rate Investment Account means the bookkeeping account established pursuant to Section 6.1 in which a Director may elect to defer Cash Compensation or make investments, the investment return on which is computed at the Prime Interest Rate.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • PIPE Investment Amount means the aggregate gross purchase price received by Acquiror prior to or substantially concurrently with Closing for the shares in the PIPE Investment.

  • Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day of any purchase or acquisition of Economic Development Property and ending five (5) years after the Commencement Date.

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2022-2) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.

  • Eligible Investment means any investment that at the time of its acquisition is one or more of the following:

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Accumulation Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Adjusted Base Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Percentage.

  • Liquidity Account has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22(a).

  • Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • LC Collateral Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(j).

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Reinvestment Rate means .25% (one-fourth of one percent) plus the arithmetic mean of the yields under the respective headings “This Week” and “Last Week” published in the Statistical Release under the caption “Treasury Constant Maturities” for the maturity (rounded to the nearest month) corresponding to the remaining life to maturity, as of the payment date of the principal being redeemed or paid. If no maturity exactly corresponds to such maturity, yields for the two published maturities most closely corresponding to such maturity shall be calculated pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence and the Reinvestment Rate shall be interpolated or extrapolated from such yields on a straight-line basis, rounding in each of such relevant periods to the nearest month. For the purposes of calculating the Reinvestment Rate, the most recent Statistical Release published prior to the date of determination of the Make-Whole Amount shall be used.

  • Consolidated Account means an account which is a consolidation of any separate accounts of a person who is liable for payment to the Municipality;

  • Excess Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(d).
