Point of Delivery. The point of interconnection between NEPOOL Pool Transmission Facilities and the transmission facilities of the Local Distributor.
Point of Delivery. The Point of Delivery for all gas delivered hereunder shall be at the outlet side of Seller's measuring and regulating equipment. The measuring equipment shall be installed on the Buyer's property at a location mutually agreed upon by Xxxxxx and Buyer. All gas shall be delivered at this location and it shall be the Buyer's responsibility to extend all fuel lines from this location to the point or points of usage.
Point of Delivery. The boundary of the Distribution Utility’s electricity franchise, or the point at which the Competitive Supplier delivers the power to the Distribution Utility.

DELIVERY PRESSURE Seller agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".
Point of Delivery. The point of delivery is the point where Company's conductors are, or are to be, connected to Seller's conductors. Seller shall do all things necessary to bring its conductors to such point of delivery for connection to Company’s conductors, and shall maintain said conductors in good order at all times. If Seller chooses to deliver power to Company through a point of delivery where Seller presently receives power from Company, then the point of delivery for the purchase of generation shall be the same point as the point of delivery for electric service.
Point of Delivery. The point of delivery is the point where Company's service conductors are, or are to be, connected to Customer's conductors. Customer shall do all things necessary to bring his service conductors to such point of delivery for connection to the Company's service conductors, and he shall maintain his said conductors in good order at all times. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Agreement, the point of delivery shall be located as follows:

Point of Delivery. Section 3.1 – Company shall deliver gas to Customer at the outlet of Company’s facilities at the Point(s) of Delivery designated on Exhibit "A" hereto.
Point of Delivery. Seller shall deliver the energy at the point where Seller's electrical conductors (or those of Seller's agent) contact PGandE's system as it shall exist whenever the deliveries are being made or at such other point or points as the Parties may agree in writing. The initial point of delivery of Seller's power to the PGandE system is set forth in Appendix F.
Point of Delivery. The Point or Points of Delivery for all natural gas delivered by Seller to Buyer under this agreement shall be at or near:
