Integration Clause. Except for documents and instruments specifically referenced herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Bank and Borrower regarding the Loan and all prior communications verbal or written between Borrower and Bank shall be of no further effect or evidentiary value.
Integration Clause. This Agreement contains the full, complete, and integrated statement of each and every term and provision agreed to by and among the Parties and supersedes any prior writings or agreements (written or oral) between or among the Parties, which prior agreements may no longer be relied upon for any purpose. This Agreement shall not be orally modified in any respect and can be modified only by the written agreement of the Parties supported by acknowledged written consideration.
Integration Clause. This Release and the Employment Agreement contain the Parties’ entire agreement with regard to the separation of Executive’s employment, and supersede and replace any prior agreements as to those matters, whether oral or written. This Release may not be changed or modified, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Executive and a duly authorized officer or director of the Company.
Integration Clause. This Agreement, including all attachments and exhibits hereto, supersede all prior oral or written agreements, if any, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the work to be performed.

This Agreement, including all Exhibits, contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes whatever oral or written understanding they may have had prior to the execution of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be amended or modified except by a written agreement executed by each of the parties hereto.

This Release and the Transition and Separation Agreement contain the Parties’ entire agreement with regard to the transition and separation of Executive’s employment, and supersede and replace any prior agreements as to those matters, whether oral or written. This Release may not be changed or modified, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Executive and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Integration Clause. This Agreement is the sole agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all proposals, negotiations, conversations, discussions, agreements and/or representations, whether oral or written, including any industry custom or past dealing between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. The Parties agree that any and all obligations between the Parties that are outside the terms of this Agreement and that relate to the subject matter of this Agreement that preceded the Effective Date of this Agreement have been satisfactorily executed or are null and void.
Integration Clause. This Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the settlement and transactions contemplated hereby, and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and statements, whether oral or written and whether by a Party or such Party’s legal counsel, are merged herein, including any memoranda of understanding or term sheets. No rights hereunder may be waived except in writing.
Integration Clause. This instrument contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes any and all prior written and/or oral agreements. This Agreement may be altered or modified only in writing signed by the parties hereto.
Integration Clause. This Agreement represents the entire understanding of the Parties and supersedes any prior agreement and any oral representations that are inconsistent with or modify its terms and conditions.
