No Effect on Other Rights. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Employer and the Executive as to the subject matter hereof. No rights are granted to the Executive by virtue of this Agreement other than those specifically set forth herein. Nothing contained herein will confer upon the Executive the right to be retained in the service of the Employer nor limit the right of the Employer to discharge or otherwise deal with the Executive without regard to the existence hereof.
No Effect on Other Rights. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as adversely affecting any rights the Executive may have under any agreement, plan, policy or arrangement to the extent any such right is not inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent or limit Employee's continuing or future participation in any plan, program, policy or practice of or provided by Employer or any of its affiliates and for which Employee may qualify, nor shall anything herein limit or otherwise affect such rights as Employee may have under any stock option or other agreements with Employer or any of its affiliates. Amounts which are vested benefits or which Employee is otherwise entitled to receive under any plan, program, policy or practice of or provided by, or any other contract or agreement with, Employer or any of its affiliates at or subsequent to the Date of Termination shall be payable or otherwise provided in accordance with such plan, program, policy or practice or contract or agreement except as explicitly modified by this Agreement.
No Effect on Other Rights. The payment or obligation to pay any monies, or granting of any rights or privileges to Executive as provided in this Agreement shall not be in lieu or derogation of the rights and privileges that Executive now has under any benefit plan or program presently outstanding.
No Effect on Other Rights. The determination and adjustment of the Purchase Price in accordance with the provisions of this Article will not limit or affect any other rights or causes of action either the Purchaser or the Sellers may have with respect to the representations, warranties, covenants and indemnities in its favor contained in this Agreement.

No rights are granted to the Director by virtue of this Agreement other than those specifically set forth herein. Nothing contained herein will confer upon the Director the right to be retained in the service of the Bank nor limit the right of the Bank to discharge or otherwise deal with the Director without regard to the existence hereof.
No Effect on Other Rights. Except as set forth in Section 4.3, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent or limit Executive’s continuing or future participation in any plan, program, policy or practice of or provided by the Company or any of its Affiliates and for which Executive may qualify, nor shall anything herein limit or otherwise affect such rights as Executive may have under any restricted stock unit or other agreements with the Company or any of its Affiliates. Amounts which are vested benefits or which Executive is otherwise entitled to receive under any plan, program, policy or practice of or provided by, or any other contract or agreement with, the Company or any of its Affiliates at or subsequent to the date of termination shall be payable or otherwise provided in accordance with such plan, program, policy or practice or contract or agreement except as explicitly modified by this Agreement.
No Effect on Other Rights. The indemnification provided by this Section 7.7 shall be in addition to any other rights to which an Indemnitee or any other Person may be entitled under any agreement, pursuant to any vote of the Partners, as a matter of law or otherwise, and shall continue as to an Indemnitee who has ceased to serve in such capacity and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns and administrators of the Indemnitee unless otherwise provided in a written agreement with such Indemnitee or in a writing pursuant to which such Indemnitee is indemnified.
No Effect on Other Rights. Termination by either party in accordance with Clause 8.1 shall not affect any other rights or remedies of that party accrued prior to termination.
