Ancillary Activities. (a) If the Grant Activity occurs as part of an overall activity that includes commercial activities, such activities will neither influence planning nor interfere with the Grant Activity. No commercial activities will be permitted in the same room as an educational activity, unless (i) this is allowed in the country in which the activity will take place and (ii) only to the extent that such commercial activity does not interfere with the purpose of the Grant Activity.
Ancillary Activities. Per Education Code 87482.5 c (1) unit members may be assigned ancillary activities, such as but not limited to governance, staff development, grant writing, staff meetings, and advising student organizations and that all hours worked in ancillary activities shall not be used for purposes of calculating eligibility for contract or regular status. Ancillary activities are not counted in the calculation of hourly assignment limits. These hours are paid at the non-instructional rate.

Ancillary Activities. The Parties will work in good faith to develop procedures and to manage issues that arise relating to bailee letters, Pledged Mortgages or Warehouse Lenders, and any Freddie Mac programs, pilot programs or initiatives that might impact the transactions contemplated herein.
