Place of Performance from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of April 1, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Sprint Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company") on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Robert Hackl (the "Executive") (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the "Parties," and each, a "Party"). Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 29.

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based at the principal executive offices of the Company in the vicinity of Overland Park, Kansas (the "Place of Performance"), except for travel reasonably required for Company business. The Executive will relocate his residence to the area surrounding the Executive's initial Place of Performance no later than July 31, 2016. If the Company relocates the Executive's Place of Performance more than 50 miles from his Place of Performance prior to such relocation, the Executive shall relocate to a residence within the greater of (a) 50 miles of such relocated Place of Performance or (b) such total miles that do not exceed the total number of miles the Executive commuted to his Place of Performance prior to relocation of the Executive's Place of Performance. To the extent the Executive relocates his residence as provided in this Section 8, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executive's relocation expenses in accordance with the Company's relocation program applicable to senior executives.

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into effective as of August 11, 2014 (the "Effective Date") by and between Sprint Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company") on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities and Raul Marcelo Claure (the "Executive") (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the "Parties," and each, a "Party"). This Agreement was subsequently amended effective as of November 10, 2014, and is amended and restated effective as of August 7, 2015 (the "Restatement Effective Date"). Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 30.

Place of Performance. The Executive's principal place of work, subject to reasonable and necessary travel requirements, shall be at the corporate headquarters of the Company, which is currently located in Overland Park, Kansas. In connection with commencing employment under this Agreement, the Executive will establish a residence in or around Overland Park, Kansas. If the Company relocates its corporate headquarters, and thus the Executive's principal place of work, more than 50 miles from his principal place of work immediately prior to such relocation, the Executive shall, subject to any right to terminate his employment for Good Reason, establish a residence within the greater of (a) 50 miles of such relocated corporate headquarters or (b) the total number of miles the Executive commuted to his principal place of work prior to such relocation. To the extent the Executive establishes new residences as provided in this Section 8, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executive's relocation expenses in accordance with the Company's relocation policy that is then applicable to its most senior executives.

Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 29.

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based at the principal executive offices of the Company in the vicinity of Overland Park, Kansas (the Place of Performance), except for travel reasonably required for Company business. The Executive will relocate his residence to the area surrounding the Executives initial Place of Performance on or before September 30, 2015. If the Company relocates the Executives Place of Performance more than 50 miles from his Place of Performance prior to such relocation, the Executive shall relocate to a residence within the greater of (a) 50 miles of such relocated Place of Performance or (b) such total miles that do not exceed the total number of miles the Executive commuted to his Place of Performance prior to relocation of the Executives Place of Performance. To the extent the Executive relocates his residence as provided in this Section 8, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executives relocation expenses in accordance with the Companys relocation program applicable to senior executives, except that (a) relocation program eligibility will be extended from 12 months to 24 months, and (b) the Executive will be entitled to two shipments of household goods.

Place of Performance from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of December 31, 2008 and amends and restates the Employment Agreement (the "Original Employment Agreement"), originally entered into as of May 20, 2008 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Sprint Nextel Corporation, a Kansas corporation (the "Company") on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Jaime A. Jones (the "Executive") (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the "Parties," and each, a "Party"). Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 29.

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based at the principal executive offices of the Company in the vicinity of Overland Park, Kansas (the "Place of Performance"), except for travel reasonably required for Company business. If the Company relocates the Executive's place of work more than 50 miles from his place of work prior to such relocation, the Executive shall relocate to a residence within (a) 50 miles of such relocated executive offices or (b) such total miles that does not exceed the total number of miles the Executive commuted to his place of work prior to relocation of the Executive's place of work. To the extent the Executive relocates his residence as provided in this Section 8, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executive's relocation expenses in accordance with the Company's relocation policy applicable to senior executives.

Saw (the "Executive") (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the "Parties," and each, a "Party"). Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 29.

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based at the principal executive offices of the Company in the vicinity of Overland Park, Kansas, San Carlos, California, or Bellevue, Washington (the "Place of Performance"), except for travel reasonably required for Company business. Subject to mutual agreement by the Parties, the Executive will relocate the Executive's residence to the area surrounding the Executive's specifically-assigned Place of Performance (if not that of Executive's current residence in Washington state) in accordance with the Company's relocation policy applicable to senior executives. If the Company relocates the Executive's Place of Performance more than 50 miles from his Place of Performance prior to such relocation, the Executive shall relocate to a residence within the greater of (a) 50 miles of such relocated Place of Performance or (b) such total miles that do not exceed the total number of miles the Executive commuted to his Place of Performance prior to relocation of the Executive's Place of Performance. To the extent the Executive relocates his residence as provided in this Section 8, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executive's relocation expenses in accordance with the Company's relocation policy applicable to senior executives.

The Executives principal place of work, subject to reasonable and necessary travel requirements, shall be at the corporate headquarters of the Company, which is currently located in Overland Park, Kansas. In connection with commencing employment under this Agreement, the Executive will establish a residence in or around Overland Park, Kansas. If the Company relocates its corporate headquarters, and thus the Executives principal place of work, more than 50 miles from his principal place of work immediately prior to such relocation, the Executive shall, subject to any right to terminate his employment for Good Reason, establish a residence within the greater of (a) 50 miles of such relocated corporate headquarters or (b) the total number of miles the Executive commuted to his principal place of work prior to such relocation. To the extent the Executive establishes new residences as provided in this Section 8, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executives relocation expenses in accordance with the Companys relocation policy that is then applicable to its most senior executives.

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of October 3, 2012 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Sprint Nextel Corporation, a Kansas corporation (the "Company") on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Stephen Bye (the "Executive") (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the "Parties," and each, a "Party"). Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 29.

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based at the principal executive offices of the Company in the vicinity of Overland Park, Kansas (the "Place of Performance"), except for travel reasonably required for Company business. If the Company relocates the Executive's Place of Performance more than 50 miles from his Place of Performance prior to such relocation, the Executive shall relocate to a residence within the greater of (a) 50 miles of such relocated Place of Performance or (b) such total miles that do not exceed the total number of miles the Executive commuted to his Place of Performance prior to relocation of the Executive's Place of Performance. To the extent the Executive relocates his residence as provided in this Section 8, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executive's relocation expenses in accordance with the Company's relocation policy applicable to senior executives.

Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 29.

Place of Performance. In connection with his employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based at the principal executive offices of the Company in the vicinity of Overland Park, Kansas (the "Place of Performance"), except for travel reasonably required for Company business. The Executive will relocate the Executive's residence to the area surrounding the Executive's Place of Performance, in accordance with the Company's relocation policy applicable to senior executives, on or before January 1, 2014. If the Company relocates the Executive's Place of Performance more than 50 miles from his Place of Performance prior to such relocation, the Executive shall relocate to a residence within the greater of (a) 50 miles of such relocated Place of Performance or (b) such total miles that do not exceed the total number of miles the Executive commuted to his Place of Performance prior to relocation of the Executive's Place of Performance. To the extent the Executive relocates his residence as provided in this Section 8, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executive's relocation expenses in accordance with the Company's relocation policy applicable to senior executives.
