Existing Obligations. Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any obligations of the Parties under this Agreement prior to the date of termination including, but not limited to, completion of all medical records and cooperation with BCBSM with respect to any actions arising out of this Agreement filed against BCBSM after the effective date of termination. This Agreement shall remain in effect for the resolution of all matters pending on the date of termination. BCBSM's obligation to reimburse Provider for any Covered Services will be limited to those provided through the date of termination.
Existing Obligations. The terms of the Award Agreement shall not in any way (a) limit your obligations pursuant to any other agreements with the Corporation or any of its Affiliates or other corporate plans or policies applicable to you; or (b) limit the Corporation’s or your Employer’s rights to exercise any remedies it may have under Applicable Laws or under the terms of such other agreements, plans or policies.
Existing Obligations. The execution of this Agreement by the Parties does not reduce any existing obligations of such Parties and does not confer any additional obligation or responsibility on the Company in connection with: (a) any existing or future environmental condition at the Terminal, including, the presence of a regulated or hazardous substance on or in environmental media at the Terminal (including the presence in surface water, groundwater, soils or subsurface strata, or air), including the subsequent migration of any such substance; (b) any Environmental Law; (c) the Required Permits; or (d) any requirements arising under or relating to any Applicable Law pertaining or relating to the ownership and operation of the Terminal.

Existing Obligations. Perform all of its obligations under contracts, leases and documents relating to or affecting its assets, properties and business except such obligations as it may in good faith reasonably dispute;
Existing Obligations. Termination pursuant to Section 10.1 of this Agreement for any reason shall not relieve the parties of any obligation accruing prior to such termination.
Existing Obligations. The expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason shall not relieve the Parties of any obligation that accrued prior to such expiration or termination.
Existing Obligations. Each party represents and warrants that the terms of this Agreement do not violate any existing obligations or contracts of it. Each party shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the other party from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities and causes of action that are hereafter made or brought against the other party that allege any such violation.
