Articles, Bylaws and Stock Ledger. The Corporation shall maintain and keep the following documents at its registered office in the State of Nevada: (a) a certified copy of the Articles and all amendments thereto; (b) a certified copy of these Bylaws and all amendments thereto; and (c) the Stock Ledger (unless such Stock Ledger is kept by a third party transfer agent).
