Subdivision and Combination. In case the Company shall at any time subdivide or combine the outstanding shares of Common Stock, the Exercise Price shall forthwith be proportionately decreased in the case of subdivision or increased in the case of combination.

Such adjustment shall be made successively whenever any event listed above shall occur. In addition, if the Company shall issue by reclassification of its Shares, other securities of the Company, then the number of Shares purchasable upon the exercise of each Warrant shall be adjusted so that the Holder shall be entitled to receive the kind and number of Shares and other securities of the Company which such Holder would have owned or would have been entitled to receive immediately after the happening of such event or any record date with respect thereto.
Subdivision and Combination. In case the Company shall at any time (i) declare a dividend on the Common Stock payable in shares of its capital stock (including Common Stock), (ii) subdivide or combine the outstanding shares of Common Stock, or (iii) issue any class of its capital stock in a reclassification of the Common Stock (including any such reclassification in connection with a consolidation or merger in which the Company is the continuing corporation), then the Common Stock Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to the record date for such dividend or the effective date of such subdivision, combination or reclassification shall forthwith be proportionately adjusted so that the holder of any Warrant exercised after such date shall be entitled to receive the aggregate number and kind of capital stock that, if such Warrant had been exercised immediately prior to such date, such holder would have owned upon such exercise and been entitled to receive by virtue of such dividend, division, subdivision, combination or reclassification.

Subdivision and Combination. If the Company shall at any time subdivide (by any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, reorganization, reclassification or otherwise) the shares of Series A Preferred Stock subject to acquisition hereunder, then, after the date of record for effecting such subdivision, the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such subdivision will be proportionately reduced and the number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock subject to acquisition upon exercise of the Warrants will be proportionately increased. If the Company at any time combines (by reverse stock split, recapitalization, reorganization, reclassification or otherwise) the shares of Series A Preferred Stock subject to acquisition hereunder, then, after the date of record for effecting such combination, the Exercise Price in effect immediately prior to such combination will be proportionately increased and the number of shares of Series B Preferred Stock subject to acquisition upon exercise of the Warrants will be proportionately decreased.
Subdivision and Combination. The Administrative Agent, at any time and from time to time, may subdivide or combine all, but not less than all, of the Units of any Series then outstanding. Both the number of Units held by each Unitholder immediately before any such subdivision or combination and the total number of Units of such Series then outstanding shall be adjusted accordingly. In the event of any subdivision or combination, the value of a Unit immediately after such subdivision or combination shall equal: (i) the Unit Value immediately prior to such subdivision or combination multiplied by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which shall equal the number of Units of the applicable Series outstanding immediately prior to such subdivision or combination, and the denominator of which shall equal the number of Units outstanding immediately after such subdivision or combination.
Subdivision and Combination. If the Company effects a split, reverse split, subdivision or combination of the outstanding Preferred Shares, Class A Shares or Class B Shares, the outstanding shares of the other class will be subject to the same split, reverse split, subdivision or combination in the same proportion and manner, unless different treatment is approved in separate Class Meetings of each of the classes, and in which a majority of the shares of each such class present and voting in such meeting affirmatively vote in favor of such treatment.
