Base Salary from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered into effective as of September 18, 2014 (the "Commencement Date"), by and between Beazer Homes USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and Allan P. Merrill ("Executive").

Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Executive an annual base salary of not less than Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000) (prorated for partial monthly and annual periods), less deductions and withholdings, which base salary shall be paid in accordance with the Company's normal payroll policies and procedures (the "Base Salary"). The Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board (the "Committee") shall conduct annual performance reviews of Executive for merit increases and may, in its sole discretion, increase Executive's Base Salary on an annual basis (but Executive's Base Salary shall not be decreased during the Term).

Base Salary from Executive Employment Agreement

This Executive Employment Agreement (the Agreement) is made effective as of January 3, 2011 (the Effective Date), by and between NuVasive, Inc. (the Company) and Alexis V. Lukianov (the Executive).

Base Salary. As compensation for Executives performance of Executives duties hereunder, the Company shall pay to Executive an initial Base Salary of nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) per year, payable in accordance with the normal payroll practices of the Company, less required deductions for local, state, federal, and foreign withholding tax, social security and all other employment taxes and payroll deductions. In the event Executives employment under this Agreement is terminated by either party, for any reason, Executive will earn the Base Salary prorated to the date of termination.

Base Salary from Amended and Restated Executive Employment

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this Agreement) was originally entered into on August 28, 2008, between Paul Raines (Executive) and GameStop Corp. (the Company), collectively referred to as the Parties, with an Original Effective Date of September 7, 2008 and is amended and restated as of the 31st day of December, 2008.

Base Salary. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall provide Executive with a base salary of no less than nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000.00) per year, as adjusted from time to time, to be paid in accordance with the Companys normal payroll policies (Base Salary).

Base Salary from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered into as of the 10th day of December, 2008 by and between MFA MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS, INC., a Maryland corporation ("MFA"), and STEWART ZIMMERMAN (the "Executive").

Base Salary. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to receive an annualized base salary (the "Base Salary") of not less than nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000). In addition to Base Salary, the Executive shall receive the following annual grants of common stock of the Company (the fair market value of such stock at the time of grant (i.e., $100,000), together with the Base Salary for such year, "Base Compensation"), subject to the Executive's continuing employment with the Company on the date of grant:

In addition to Base Salary, the Executive shall receive the following annual grants of common stock of the Company (the fair market value of such stock at the time of grant (i.e., $100,000), together with the Base Salary for such year, Base Compensation), subject to the Executives continuing employment with the Company on the date of grant:

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 1st day of October, 2005 (the Effective Date), by and between Spectrum Brands, Inc. (f/k/a Rayovac Corporation), a Wisconsin corporation (the Company), and David A. Jones (the Executive).

Base Salary. Although the Compensation Committee of the Companys Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Executives annual base salary to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), the Executive has elected to forego such an increase and shall continue to receive a base salary equal to Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000) per annum effective October 1, 2005 for the duration of the Term except as set forth in Section 3(m) below (Base Salary), which Base Salary shall be paid in equal monthly installments each year, to be paid monthly in arrears. The Board will review annually the Base Salary payable to the Executive hereunder and may, in its discretion, increase the Executives Base Salary. Any such increased Base Salary shall be and become the Base Salary for purposes of this Agreement.

Base Salary from Employment Agreement

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT made as of October __, 2004, by and between Euro RSCG Worldwide, Inc., (the Company), and James Heekin (the Executive).

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay to the Executive an annual salary (the Base Salary) of nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) in regular installments, in arrears, according to the Companys regular payroll practices. The Base Salary shall be reviewed annually beginning on or about December 31, 2004, and be adjusted in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee, but shall in no event be less than the initial Base Salary provided hereunder.

Base Salary from Amended and Restated Employment Agreement

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 1st day of October, 2004 (the Effective Date), by and between Rayovac Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (the Company), and David A. Jones (the Executive).

Base Salary. The Executive shall receive a base salary equal to Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000) per annum effective October 1, 2004 for the duration of the Term except as set forth in Section 3(m) below (Base Salary), which Base Salary shall be paid in equal monthly installments each year, to be paid monthly in arrears. The Board will review annually the Base Salary payable to the Executive hereunder and may, in its discretion, increase the Executives Base Salary. Any such increased Base Salary shall be and become the Base Salary for purposes of this Agreement.
