Consolidated Costs Applicable to Sales – Gold and Copper means audited, US GAAP consolidated costs applicable to sales for gold (per ounce calculation) and for copper (per pound calculation), measured against the target consolidated costs applicable to sales for gold (per ounce calculation) and to sales for copper (per pound calculation) per the approved business plan, and as adjusted from time to time as approved by the Board.
