Law and Venue. This Agreement is made in Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without reference to choice of law principles. In the rare event that any legal action should arise out of or relating to this Agreement or the relationship it creates, the Parties agree that such action shall be heard exclusively in Dallas County, Texas.
Law and Venue. In any legal action arising under this contract, the laws of Texas shall apply and venue shall be in El Paso County.

The Parties consent to the competent courts of Denmark for the resolution of all disputes or controversies between the Parties hereto that the Parties are unable to settle amicably.

BORROWER WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO TRANSFER OR CHANGE THE VENUE OF ANY LITIGATION BROUGHT AGAINST BORROWER BY LENDER OR TO ASSERT THAT ANY ACTION INSTITUTED BY LENDER OR BORROWER IN SUCH COURT IS AN IMPROPER VENUE OR SUCH ACTION SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO A MORE CONVENIENT FORUM.
