Final Sign-Offs definition

Final Sign-Offs means: (i) all applicable Buildings Department and Fire Department inspection sign-offs for the Landlord’s Work (including but not limited to Buildings Department Post Permit TR-1, Equipment Use Permits, elevator use permits, electrical and plumbing sign-offs, Fire Department and elevator inspections and sign-offs) and compliance with the terms and provisions of Article 26 of this Lease regarding ACM) which may be necessary in connection with the of the Landlord’s Work; (ii) a temporary or final new or amended Certificate of Occupancy; (iii) “as built” the Landlord’s Work construction drawings for Lease Work in both hard copy and Auto Cad versions; and (iv) a certified air balancing report for the Demised Premises has been approved by Landlord’s engineer as being in conformance with the Final Plans.

  • Directional sign means a sign that contains only directional information regarding and the identification of 1 of the following:

  • Sign face means the entire area of the surface of a sign including the border or frame together with any material forming an integral part of the background of the display or used to differentiate the sign from the backdrop or building against which it is erected.   • Institutional Signing Official The label, "Signing Official," is used in conjunction with the NIH eRA Commons and refers to the individual that has institutional authority to legally bind the institution in grants administration matters. The Signing Official for the Requester reviews Data Access Request, Project Renewal, and Project Close-out applications submitted by Principal Investigators and legally binds the Requester to agree to adhere to the terms described in this Agreement if the application is submitted to NIH. Principal Investigator (PI): The investigator who prepares Data Access Requests (DARs), Project Renewals, and Project close-outs. The Principal Investigator plays a lead role in ensuring that management and use of controlled-access data remains consistent with the terms in the Data Use Certification Agreement. To be able to submit a DAR, a Principal Investigator must be designated as such by their institution in eRA Commons and be a permanent employee of their institution at a level equivalent to a tenure-track professor or senior scientist with responsibilities that most likely include laboratory administration and oversight.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Sign-off means a notice in writing from the Regulator, in respect of an area, that post-harvest obligations no longer apply in respect of that area.
