Domicile. Subscriber maintains Subscriber’s domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) at the address shown on the signature page.
Domicile. The Investor maintains Investor’s domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) at the address shown on the signature page hereto.
Domicile. Subscriber represents and warrants that his, her, or its Domicile matches the address listed on the signature page of this Agreement. For individuals, Domicile means actual state of residency. For corporate entities, Domicile means (i) state of incorporation/organization; or (ii) principal place of business.
Domicile. Shall be defined as the place where a person has his or her true, fixed, and permanent home and principal establishment, and to which whenever that person is absent that person has the intention of returning. A person shall have only one domicile at a time.
Domicile. The Holder maintains Holder’s domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) at the address shown on the signature page of the Subscription Agreement or, if this Warrant is issued upon transfer or exercise of a Warrant, at the address shown on the Assignment Form or Notice of Exercise, as the case may be.
Domicile. To the effect of this Partnership Agreement, the Parties shall irrevocably choose domicile at the address stated in the Project Description where any official notifications and direct invoices for the activities of the Project can be lawfully served. Any change of Beneficiary’s domicile shall be forwarded to the Lead Beneficiary within 10 working days following the change of address by registered mail.
Domicile. Purchaser maintains Purchaser’s domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) at the address shown on the signature page.
Domicile. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law of New South Wales. Performance of this contract is subject to orders, rules and regulations of all government agencies, except as limited herein.
Domicile. The Subscriber maintains its domicile (and is not a transient or temporary resident) at the address provided at the end of this Agreement, which shall promptly be updated by the Subscriber in the future upon any change thereof.
Domicile. Any notice required to be given under this lease shall be sent in writing to the Lessor at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Ave, Xxxxxxxx Estate, Johannesburg or such other address as the Lessor may stipulate in writing from time to time, and to the Lessee at the domicile referred to in the Schedule or such other address as the Lessee may stipulate in writing from time to time, at which addresses they respectively choose as their "domicilium citandi et executandi".
