Equitable Relief. The parties hereto agree and declare that legal remedies may be inadequate to enforce the provisions of this Agreement and that equitable relief, including specific performance and injunctive relief, may be used to enforce the provisions of this Agreement.

Equitable Relief. The Company recognizes that in the event that it fails to perform, observe, or discharge any or all of its obligations under this Agreement, any remedy at law may prove to be inadequate relief to Investor. The Company therefore agrees that Investor shall be entitled to temporary and permanent injunctive relief in any such case without the necessity of proving actual damages.
Equitable Relief. Each of the parties acknowledges that any breach by such party of his, her, or its obligations under this Agreement would cause substantial and irreparable damage to one or more of the other parties and that money damages would be an inadequate remedy therefor. Accordingly, each party agrees that the other parties or any of them will be entitled to an injunction, specific performance, and/or other equitable relief to prevent the breach of such obligations.
