Facsimile Signatures. The facsimile signature of any party to this Agreement shall constitute the valid and binding execution hereof by such party.
Facsimile Signatures. The use of facsimile signatures affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Company on certificates representing Shares is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Facsimile Signatures. Any party hereto may deliver a copy of its counterpart signature page to this Agreement via fax or email. Each party hereto shall be entitled to rely upon a facsimile signature of any other party delivered in such a manner as if such signature were an original.
Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile and upon such delivery the facsimile signature will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party.
Facsimile Signatures. In addition to the provisions for use of facsimile signatures elsewhere specifically authorized in these Bylaws, facsimile signatures of any officer or officers of the Corporation may be used whenever and as authorized by the Board of Directors or a committee thereof.
Facsimile Signatures. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile transmission or pdf shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes. Signatures of the parties transmitted by facsimile or pdf shall be deemed to be their original signatures for all purposes.
Facsimile Signatures. Any signature page delivered by a fax machine or telecopy machine shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page, with regard to any agreement subject to the terms hereof or any amendment thereto. Any party who delivers such a signature page agrees to later deliver an original counterpart to any party which requests it.
Facsimile Signatures. Execution of this Agreement and delivery of signed copies thereof by facsimile signatures from the parties hereto or their agents is acceptable to the parties who waive any objections or defenses based upon lack of an original signature.
Facsimile Signatures. Signatures hereon which are transmitted via facsimile, or other electronic image, shall be deemed original signatures.
Facsimile Signatures. Facsimile transmission of any signed original document, and the retransmission of any signed facsimile transmission, shall be the same as delivery of the original signed document. At the request of any party, a party shall confirm documents with a facsimile transmitted signature by signing an original document.
