Return of Material. Upon the termination of the Executive's employment under this Agreement, the Executive will promptly return to the Company all copies of information protected by Paragraph 11(a) hereof which are in his possession, custody or control, whether prepared by him or others, and the Executive agrees that he shall not retain any of same.

Return of Material. Executive agrees that, upon the termination of his or her employment for any reason, and immediately upon request of the Company at any time, he or she will promptly return (and shall not delete, destroy or modify) all property, including any originals and all copies of any documents, whether stored on computers or in hard copy, obtained from the Company, or any of its current, former or prospective customers, suppliers, vendors, employees, contractors, and consultants, whether or not Executive believes it qualifies as Confidential Information and Trade Secrets. Such property shall include everything obtained during and as a result of Executive’s employment with the Company, other than documents related to Executive’s compensation and benefits, such as pay stubs and benefit statements. In addition, Executive shall also return any phone, facsimile, printer, scanner, laptop, computer, electronic data storage device, or other items or equipment provided by the Company to Executive to perform his or her employment responsibilities during his or her employment with the Company. If Executive has saved or stored Confidential Information and Trade Secrets outside the Company’s password protected computer systems via printouts or such as on a personal USB thumb drive, backup drive, home computer, personal phone, email account or cloud storage, Executive agrees to tender the printouts, device(s) or location to the Company for removal of the Confidential Information and Trade Secrets. Executive further agrees that he or she shall not access or attempt to access the Company’s computer systems, platforms or equipment after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company. Executive also agrees that he or she does not have a right of privacy to any communications sent through the Company’s electronic communications systems (including, without limitation, emails, phone calls and voicemail) and that the Company may monitor, retain, and review all such communications in accordance with applicable law.
Return of Material. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement for any reason, Employee shall immediately turn over to Employer all documents, disks or other magnetic media, or other material in Employee's possession or under Employee's control that (i) may contain or be derived from Creations or Confidential Information, or (ii) are connected with or derived from Employee's services to Employer. Employee shall not retain any Confidential Information in any form (e.g., computer hard drive, microfilm, etc.) upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.

Return of Material. The Party is obliged, unless otherwise clearly advised in written form by Teboil, to return to Teboil any material it has received in its possession pursuant to this agreement, irrespective of in what form the information has been provided, along with any copies or duplicates possibly made of this material. Teboil is not obliged to return any material, however, it is obliged handle all confidential information with utmost carefulness.
Return of Material. Executive agrees to deliver or return to PremierWest upon termination of employment, or as soon thereafter as possible, all written information and any other similar items furnished by PremierWest or prepared by Executive in connection with his services hereunder. Executive will retain no copies thereof after termination of Executive’s employment.
