TERM OF EMPLOYMENT; RENEWAL. The Company agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive accepts employment with the Company for the period commencing as of the closing of the Acquisition Transaction (the "Effective Date") and ending on December 31, 2008 (such initial period, as extended below, shall be referred to as the "Employment Term"). The term of this Agreement will automatically renew at the expiration of the then current term for an additional one-year period unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of the then current term, either party shall give written notice of nonrenewal to the other, in which event this Agreement shall terminate at the end of the term then in effect. If the Company elects not to renew this Agreement at the expiration of the initial five year term (the "Non-Renewal Date"), and if at such time (i) there is no other event that would otherwise constitute "Cause" for the termination of the Executive's employment hereunder, (ii) the Executive continues to comply with all his post-termination obligations, and (iii) executes a general release in form satisfactory to the Company, the Company shall continue to pay to the Executive his full Annual Direct Salary from the Non-Renewal Date in equal monthly installments until the earlier of (i) the Executive secures full time employment or (ii) six months from the Non-Renewal Date. Following the Non-Renewal Date, the Executive shall notify the Company in writing upon his commencement of any full time employment.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT; RENEWAL. The initial extended term of Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall end on May 31, 2017 (the “Initial Term”). The Term of Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement may be renewed and the term thereof extended by one (1) additional year (each, an “Extended Term”) at the end of the Initial Term and at the end of each Extended Term, by mutual agreement of the parties, which shall be evidenced by each party giving notice of renewal to the other party at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Extended Term. The Initial term and all Extended Terms are collectively referred to herein as the “Term.”

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT; RENEWAL. The Company agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive accepts employment with the Company for the period commencing as of November 15th, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) and ending on June 9, 2012 (such initial period, as extended below, shall be referred to as the “Employment Term”). Subject to a successful application for the renewal of the Executive’s work permit and/or the ability of the Executive to be granted a work permit, the term of this Agreement will automatically renew at the expiration of the then current term for an additional one-year period unless, at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date of the then current term, either party shall give written notice of non-renewal to the other, in which event this Agreement shall terminate at the end of the term then in effect. To the extent that the Executive continues employment with the Company following the expiration of the Employment Term without having reached agreement on a new written agreement, and subject to the existence of a current work permit permitting the Executive to continue to be employed with the Company, the Executive shall continue his employment on the same terms as contained in this Agreement.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT; RENEWAL. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms set forth in this Agreement, for the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on June 28, 2001 (the "Initial Employment Period"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 5. The Company and the Executive agree that the Executive shall commence the undertaking of the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 2 on June 29, 1998 (the "Commencement Date"). Without limiting any of the Company's rights otherwise provided under this Agreement, upon the second anniversary of the Commencement Date, within 30 days following such date, the Company shall either (i) commence good faith negotiations with the Executive to extend the Initial Employment Period or (ii) notify the Executive in writing that the Company does not intend to extend the Initial Employment Period.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT; RENEWAL. The Company hereby agrees to employ and retain the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts continued employment with the Company, upon the terms set forth in this Agreement, for the period commencing on May 3, 2001 (the "Commencement Date") and ending on July 1, 2002 (the "Extended Employment Period"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 5. Without limiting any of the Company's rights otherwise provided under this Agreement, within 30 days following January 1, 2002, the Company shall either (i) commence good faith negotiations with the Executive to extend the Extended Employment Period or (ii) notify the Executive in writing that the Company does not intend to extend the Extended Employment Period.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT; RENEWAL. The term of your employment under this letter agreement shall commence on the date of this letter agreement (the "Effective Date") and, unless sooner terminated in accordance with paragraph 4 of this letter agreement or extended as provided below, shall terminate on the third annual anniversary of the Effective Date (the "Employment Period"). Commencing on the third annual anniversary of the Effective Date and on each annual anniversary of such date (each, a "Renewal Date"), the Employment Period shall be automatically extended so as to terminate on the first annual anniversary of each Renewal Date unless either the Company or you shall have given the other written notice, not less than sixty (60) days prior to any Renewal Date, of the Company's or your election, as the case may be, not to so extend the Employment Period, in which case the Employment Period shall terminate on such Renewal Date. The election by the Company not to extend the Employment Period in accordance with the preceding sentence shall not be deemed a termination without "cause" or give you grounds to terminate your employment for "good reason" for purposes of paragraph 4(b) of this letter agreement.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT; RENEWAL. The term of Employee’s employment under this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on February 13, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) and end on February 13, 2013, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, below. Thereafter, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year Terms, unless either party provides the other with written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.
