Consulting Fee. In consideration of HERE’s services, REGENT agrees to pay HERE a consulting fee of US$259,752 (“Consulting Fee”) which shall be paid according to the following schedule upon HERE submitting invoices for its services to REGENT:
Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,250) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($3,125) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.
Consulting Fee. As compensation for the Consulting Services, Consultant shall receive a fee of U.S. $3,000,000.00 (Three Million dollars) per annum (the “Consulting Fee”) for each year of the Consulting Period (i.e., for five years) and shall be payable starting the Effective Date. The Consulting Fee shall be paid to the Consultant no less frequently than on a monthly basis for sixty months which monthly amount, for the avoidance of doubt, will be equal to the annual Consulting Fee divided by twelve (12). Consultant shall be responsible for, and shall pay, any and all taxes on such sums.
Consulting Fee. During the Consulting Period, the Company shall pay Consultant a fee (the “Consulting Fee”) of $150 per hour. The Consulting Fee shall be paid to Consultant in arrears in the calendar month following the calendar month in which such Consulting Fee was earned. Consultant shall submit invoices to the Company as and when requested by the Company describing in detail the Services provided and the time expended by Consultant on such Services each month and any expenses incurred during such period that are reimbursable pursuant to Section 3(e) below.
Consulting Fee. For the year 2004, the Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee on the first day of each month an amount equal to a rate of $15,833.33 per month for the Services performed in the previous month (the "Consulting Fees").
Consulting Fee. During the Term the Company shall pay to the Consultant a consulting fee (the "Consulting Fee") of $640.31per month in lieu of the payment of all other Benefits (as defined below) that the Consultant may currently be receiving or may have previously received from the Company prior to the Effective Date.
Consulting Fee. In consideration for the services the Consultant shall provide the Corporation pursuant to this Agreement, the Corporation shall pay to the Consultant a quarterly consulting fee of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), payable on or before the tenth (10th) day of the month immediately following the end of each calendar quarter.
Consulting Fee. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Company shall pay the Consultant a consulting fee at the annual rate of $500,000, payable quarterly in arrears. The Company shall reimburse Consultant for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with Consultant's performance of the Services.
Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant’s annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: “In consideration of Consultant’s services, for the twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., July 1, 2019) and concluding on June 30, 2020, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Dollars ($347,000), which shall be paid on a schedule of Twenty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Sixty Seven Cents ($28,916.67) per month in arrears.”
Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant's annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: "In consideration of Consultant's services, for the twelve {12} month period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., July 1, 2020) and concluding on June 30, 2021, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($380,500), which shall be paid on a schedule of Thirty One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Dollars and Thirty Four Cents ($31,708.34) per month in arrears."
