Consent of Parties. Whenever consent or approval of either party is required, that party shall not unreasonably withhold such consent or approval.

In each case to which such exception applies, prior to making such press release or public statement, the releasing Party will provide a copy of such press release or public statement to the other Party. To the extent feasible under the circumstances, the Parties will coordinate with each other on the issuance of press releases and public statements regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
