Award Date. This Agreement shall take effect as of the date specified in the Restricted Stock Plan section on the Overview tab as the Award Date provided to you online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (the “Award Date”).
Award Date. (1) All share and unit numbers are subject to adjustment under the terms of the Plan. The Stock Units are subject to acceleration and termination prior to vesting as provided herein. THIS AGREEMENT is among INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), and the employee named above (the “Participant”), an employee of the Corporation or one of its subsidiaries, and is delivered under the International Rectifier Corporation 2000 Incentive Plan (Amended and Restated as of November 22, 2004) (the “Plan”).

The Option is granted under the XXX.Xxxxxxxx Corporation 2006 Performance Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) and subject to the Terms and Conditions of Incentive Stock Option (the “Terms”) attached to this Option Agreement (incorporated herein by this reference) and to the Plan. The Option has been granted to the Grantee in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other form of compensation otherwise payable or to be paid to the Grantee. The Option is intended as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code (an “ISO”). Capitalized terms are defined in the Plan if not defined herein. The parties agree to the terms of the Option set forth herein. Award Date. The date of the formal decision of the Contracting Agency to accept the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder for the Work. Contract Execution Date The date the Contracting Agency officially binds the Agency to the Contract.
Award Date. The effective date of grant of the Restricted Shares to Employee (the "Award Date") shall be August 15, 1996.
