Original Agreement. This Agreement amends and restates the Original Agreement in its entirety.
Original Agreement. Except as expressly provided in this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the Amendment Period.
Original Agreement. All references in the Original Agreement to the “Agreement” shall be deemed to be references to the Original Agreement, as amended hereby.
Original Agreement. The Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2013, by and among the Depositor, the Master Servicer, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as Securities Administrator, and the Trustee.
Original Agreement. This Addendum is being added to the purchase agreement between the Parties, dated [MM/DD/YYYY], for the property located at [PROPERTY ADDRESS] (“Original Agreement”).
Original Agreement. Subject to clause 2.4 and with effect from the Effective Date:
Original Agreement. The term “Original Agreement” shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
Original Agreement. Except as otherwise modified, amended, or supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement No. 1, the Original Agreement between the parties shall remain in full force and effect and the terms of the Original Agreement shall extend and apply to this Supplemental Agreement No. 1.
Original Agreement. Except as expressly amended above, all other terms and conditions of the original Agreement are still in full force and effect. Agency certifies that the representations, warranties and certifications in the original Agreement are true and correct as of the effective date of this Amendment and with the same effect as though made at the time of this Amendment. THE PARTIES, by execution of this Agreement, hereby acknowledge that their signing representatives have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. This Project is in the 2015-2018 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), (Key #18019) that was adopted by the Oregon Transportation Commission on December 18, 2014 (or subsequently by amendment to the STIP). Original Agreement. The Original Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, shall continue in full force and effect after the date hereof.
