  • Benefits Upon Termination If the Executive’s employment by the Company is terminated during the Period of Employment for any reason by the Company or by the Executive, or upon or following the expiration of the Period of Employment (in any case, the date that the Executive’s employment by the Company terminates is referred to as the “Severance Date”), the Company shall have no further obligation to make or provide to the Executive, and the Executive shall have no further right to receive or obtain from the Company, any payments or benefits except as follows:

  • Benefits Upon Termination of Employment If the Executive is entitled to benefits pursuant to this Section 2, the Company agrees to pay or provide to the Executive as severance payment, the following:

  • PAYMENTS AND BENEFITS UPON TERMINATION (a) If within eighteen (18) months after a Change in Control, the Company terminates Employee's employment other than by reason of Employee's death, Disability, Retirement or for Cause, or if Employee terminates Employee's employment for Good Reason, then the Employee shall be entitled to the following payments and benefits:

  • Payments Upon Termination of Employment (a) If Executive's employment with the Company is terminated by reason of:

  • Company Obligations Upon Termination of Employment Upon any termination of your employment, the Company will pay to you, in a lump sum in cash within 30 days after the date of termination, the sum of (i) your fixed compensation through the date of termination, (ii) any fully earned but unpaid variable compensation through the date of termination, and (iii) any accrued but unpaid vacation (together, the "Accrued Obligations").

  • Certain Benefits Executive will be eligible to participate in all employee benefit programs established by Employer that are applicable to management personnel such as medical, pension, disability and life insurance plans on a basis commensurate with Executive’s position and in accordance with Employer’s policies from time to time, but nothing herein shall require the adoption or maintenance of any such plan.
