Contracting Period. Contract valid during: day of signature – 31.12.2019 The Rodos User can make an end to the validity of the contract by sending a registered letter to the Chairman of the ERUG and to the Supplier, not later than 2 months before the end of every calendar year (i.e. by 31 October of the relevant calendar year). In such case, the Rodos User remains however bound to the standing commitments.

Contracting Period. This MOU is effective as of the date it is signed by all parties and shall continue until either party has terminated the agreement and notified the party as such with a 60-day notice. This agreement may be amended at any time upon mutual consent of both parties, consistent with Title18 § 4006 of the Delaware Code.   • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period.
