Position; Duties. (a) During the Employment Term (as defined in Section 2 below), the Executive shall serve as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In this capacity the Executive shall have such duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly sized companies and such other reasonable duties and responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") shall designate. The Executive shall report directly to the Board. The Executive shall obey the lawful directions of the Board and shall use his diligent efforts to promote the interests of the Company and to maintain and promote the reputation thereof.

Executive will perform the duties that the Board of Directors of the Employer may from time to time reasonably direct, and such duties as may be specified for his office in the Bylaws of the Employer. Executive will devote substantially all of his business time, ability and attention to the business of Employer during the Original Term and any Renewal Term of this Agreement.

As President of the Company, the Executive shall have such duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly sized companies and such other duties and responsibilities as the CEO of Kaman or the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Sub Board”) shall designate that are consistent with the Executive’s position as President of the Company.

The Executive shall report directly to the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The Executive shall obey the lawful directions of the Board and shall use his diligent efforts to promote the interests of the Corporation and to maintain and promote the reputation thereof.
Position; Duties. (a) During the Employment Period (as defined in Section 2 below), Executive shall serve in the position set forth on Schedule A, or in such other position of comparable duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the skills and talents of Executive to which the Company may from time to time assign Executive. In this capacity, Executive shall have such duties, authorities and responsibilities as the Company shall designate that are commensurate with Executive’s position.
Position; Duties. (a) Except as provided in Section 2(b) below, the Executive shall serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer during the Employment Term. As such, the Executive shall have such duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly sized companies and such other duties and responsibilities as the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) shall designate that are consistent with the Executive’s position.
Position; Duties. During the Employment Term, Executive shall serve as the Executive Chairman of the Company. In such position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and shall have such duties and authority as are customary to such position and as otherwise determined from time to time by the Board. During the Employment Term, Executive agrees to devote Executive’s full time and reasonable best efforts to the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company. The foregoing shall not be construed to prohibit Executive from engaging in activities relating to serving on civic and charitable boards or committees, and managing personal investments, provided that such activities do not significantly interfere or conflict with the performance by Executive of Executive’s duties, responsibilities, or authorities hereunder.
