Agreement Term. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated in compliance with this Clause.
Agreement Term. 4.01.1 This Agreement is effective on the Countersignature Date and shall remain in effect for years, unless sooner terminated under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”).

Agreement Term. The term of this Master Agreement is from the Contract Date to December 31, 2021, inclusive, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 19 below.
