Service Providers. Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Service Providers performing functions pursuant to this Agreement, whereby the Service Providers agree to protect Student Data in manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA. The list of Provider’s current Service Providers can be accessed through the Provider’s Privacy Policy (which may be updated from time to time).
Service Providers. We are offering you the Account to Account Transfer Service through one or more Service Providers that we have engaged to render some or all of the Account to Account Transfer Service to you on our behalf. However, notwithstanding that we have engaged such a Service Provider to render some or all of the Account to Account Transfer Service to you, we are the sole party liable to you for any payments or transfers conducted using the Account to Account Transfer Service and we are solely responsible to you and any third party to the extent any liability attaches in connection with the Account to Account Transfer Service. You agree that we have the right under this Agreement to delegate to Service Providers all of the rights and performance obligations that we have under this Agreement, and that the Service Providers will be third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and will be entitled to all the rights and protections that this Agreement provides to us.
Service Providers. Contracts with private service providers that are funded in whole or in part with grant funds shall adhere to the requirements set forth in the Private Service Provider Contract Requirements Summary [TJJD-FIS-324] and the requirements set forth below.
Service Providers. We acknowledge and agree that the Software may, subject to the terms of this Agreement, be used by your service provider(s), including cloud hosting providers, independent contractors, and consultants ("Service Provider(s)") solely for the purposes of providing services for your benefit and solely for the duration of such services. The rights accorded to the Service Provider shall be those permitted in this Agreement and no duplication of the quantities of Software purchased is permitted. You are fully responsible for the Service Provider's use of the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any Service Provider's breach of this Agreement.
Service Providers. We work with local banks and other third party outlets (each, a “Service Provider”) to make funds available to Recipients which may be made available by bank deposit, cash collection or other methods as we may describe via our Services. We try to provide current information on our website about the location, availability, and hours of our Service Providers. Please note that these may be subject to change without our knowing and we are not responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete information that may be posted on the website due to us being provided with inaccurate, incomplete or out of date information. We will cancel funds made available to Recipients by way of cash collection if they are not validly collected within 60 calendar days of when they were first made available and to the extent possible, refund the amounts to the Funding Instrument used to send the payment (further subject to the timings and conditions set by our payment processing partners).

Service Providers. The Manager may engage Persons who are non-Affiliates, for and on behalf, and at the sole cost and expense, of the Company to provide to the Company sourcing, acquisition, disposition, asset management, property management, leasing, financing, development, disposition of real estate and/or similar services customarily provided in connection with the management, operation and administration of a business similar to the business of the Company, pursuant to agreement(s) that provide for market rates and contain standard market terms.
Service Providers. The Lending Agent serves as custodian of the Trust and as the Investment Manager of each Portfolio of the Trust (the "Investment Manager") and directs the investment and reinvestment of assets of each Series of the Trust. Mellon Bank (DE) National Association, an affiliate of the Lending Agent, serves as the trustee of the Trust (the "Trustee"). None of these parties will receive any additional compensation from the Trust for their services to the Trust.
Service Providers. The Contractor will ensure that any and all subcontractors, or other authorized persons or entities that the Contractor may disclose the Student Data and/or Principal or Teacher Data with, if any, (“Service Providers”) will abide by the applicable data protection and security terms of the DPA and in Education Law §2-d and Part 121 of the Regulations. Contractor will do so by entering into written agreements with such Service Providers, whereby the Service Providers agree to protect Student Data and/or Principal or Teacher Data (if applicable) in a manner no less stringent than the terms of the DPA.
