Repair Costs. The cost of any repairs to be made by Landlord, pursuant to Section 19.2 of this Lease, shall be paid by Landlord utilizing available insurance proceeds. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon completion of the repairs for any deductible for which no insurance proceeds will be obtained under Landlord's insurance policy, or if other premises are also repaired, a pro rata share based on total costs of repair equitably apportioned to the Leased Premises.

Repair Costs. If Tenant is in breach of the Tenant’s obligations of repair and maintenance more particularly described in the Third Schedule - Part 2 and after due notice the Landlord may exercise the Landlord’s rights and remedy such breach or breaches, and in such event, to pay to the Landlord on demand the amount or amounts expended by the Landlord in effecting the remedy and on demand the amount shall be deemed to be a liquidated debt due to the Landlord.

Repair Costs. Repairs will be made to a borrowed device if the nature of the damage makes the Chromebook inoperable or leaves the Chromebook in a state where the damage is likely to increase after redistribution resulting in need for repair for a future user.
