Reference to Loan Agreement. Each of the Loan Agreement and the Other Agreements, and any and all other agreements, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement, as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in the Loan Agreement and such Other Agreements to the Loan Agreement shall mean a reference to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby.
Reference to Loan Agreement. Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Loan Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.

Reference to Loan Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Loan Agreement is hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Document to the Loan Agreement shall mean a reference to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.
Reference to Loan Agreement. Except as herein amended, the Loan Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified in all respects. On and after the effectiveness of the amendments to the Loan Agreement accomplished hereby, each reference in the Loan Agreement to "this Agreement," "hereunder," "hereof," "herein" or words of like import, and each reference to the Loan Agreement in any note and in any Related Agreements, or other agreements, documents or other instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Loan Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
Reference to Loan Agreement. On and after the effective date of this Amendment, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein” or words of like import, and each reference to the “Loan Agreement” in any Loan Documents, or other agreements, documents or other instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement.
Reference to Loan Agreement. Reference is hereby made to the Note and Security Documents (as defined in the Note) for a statement of the terms and conditions thereof.
Reference to Loan Agreement. The Loan and Security Agreement, as amended hereby, and all other Loan Documents, whether now or hereafter executed and delivered, are hereby amended so that any reference to the Loan and Security Agreement shall mean a reference to the Loan and Security Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
