Award Documentation definition

Award Documentation means any written agreement or documentation published by the Company setting forth the terms and provisions applicable to each Award granted under the Plan. The Award Documentation is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
Award Documentation means a writing delivered to a Participant specifying the terms and conditions of an Award and containing such other terms and conditions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Plan as the Committee considers necessary or advisable.
Award Documentation means documents relating to the Award which are available online at http://www2.ntia.doc.gov/grantees/UniversityofIllinois, or otherwise publicly accessible from NTIA, in addition to the actual grant application and Due Diligence documents filed by Award Recipient on which the Award was based.

Examples of Award Documentation in a sentence

  • An SAR granted under the Plan shall expire upon the date determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion, and set forth in the Award Documentation.

  • Bechtel’s procedure 24590-WTP-GPP-RAPS-PS-3006, Solicitations, Proposal Evaluation, Negotiations and Award Documentation, states, “Sufficient time for preparation and submission of proposals must be provided and the cut-off date and time clearly specified in the solicitation.

  • If the Administrator makes an Award transferable in accordance with this Section 13, the Award Documentation for such Award shall contain such additional terms and conditions as the Administrator deems appropriate.


More Definitions of Award Documentation

Award Documentation means, with respect to any Bonus or RSU awarded to a Participant, the plan, arrangement, policy, agreement, and/or other documentation setting forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to such Bonus or RSU.

  • Award Document means the document signed by the Agency and the Purchasing Division, and approved as to form by the Attorney General, that identifies the Vendor as the contract holder.

  • Other Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Stock Award grant. Each Other Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—
