Financial Reporting and Nonfinancial Reporting Books. The Company will keep, or cause to be kept, financial reporting books on the accrual method of accounting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States consistently applied. The Company will maintain nonfinancial reporting books and Capital Accounts as required by Section 5.2 that are to be the basis for liquidating distributions pursuant to Section 4.5. The Company will also maintain detailed books and records as required to complete and track the investments contemplated in Section 3.1 (and other accounts the Board determines are required to complete necessary project management controls in connection therewith) and so that it can comply with all Tax reporting obligations and other obligations set forth in Article 14.
