Section 13.1. 35 A Job Evaluation Committee consisting of two (2) representatives from the District and two (2) 36 representatives from the Union shall review all newly created positions and those whose 37 workload and responsibilities have changed significantly. Requests for reevaluation of existing 38 positions will be made in writing to the Superintendent and Union President. The Committee 39 shall make a recommendation to the Superintendent for implementation. 41 Section 1.4. 42 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in the 43 following general job classifications: Secretarial-Clerical, Paraeducators, Transportation, Custodial- 44 Maintenance, Food Service, Program Coordinators, Technology Coordinator and Technology Support 45 Technician. EXCEPTION: Personnel working in the District office.

Section 13.1. 12 Modification of existing position descriptions, or the creation of new position descriptions, 13 shall require reopening of this Agreement pursuant to Article XVIII, Section 18.3, relative to 14 hours, wages and working conditions for those new or modified position descriptions.
Section 13.1. 1. 26 Employees will complete the required on-line training annually prior to November 1st. Each 27 employee will be paid two (2) hours at their hourly rate for completion of this training, if it is 28 completed outside of the employee’s scheduled work time. (This is agreed to be the annual Safe 29 Schools Training.) If the on-line training time required changes by thirty (30) minutes or more, 30 this item will be discussed further in labor management and agreements recorded in an MOU.
