Partial Enforceability. If any provision of this Agreement, or the application of such provision to any Person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.

Partial Enforceability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any Section, paragraph or provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other Section, paragraph or provision hereof. If any Section, paragraph or provision of this Agreement is for any reason determined to be invalid or unenforceable, there shall be deemed to be made such minor changes (and only such minor changes) as are necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

If any provision of this Declaration, or the application of such provision to any Person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Declaration, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
Partial Enforceability. If any provision contained in Section 2 or in Section 10 or 11, or any part thereof is construed to be invalid or unenforceable, the same shall not affect the remainder of Employee's agreements, covenants and undertakings, or the other restrictions which he has accepted, in Section 2 or in Sections 10 or 11, and the remaining such agreements, covenants, undertakings and restrictions shall be given the fullest possible effect, without regard to the invalid parts.

If any provision of this Agreement, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
Partial Enforceability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified or construed restrictively rather than voided, if possible, to give effect to the intent of the parties to the extent possible, and if modification or restrictive construction is not possible, it shall be severed. In any event, all of the other provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed valid and enforceable.
Partial Enforceability. If any provision contained in Sections 8.4 or 10, or any part thereof, is construed to be invalid or unenforceable, the same shall not affect the remainder of the Executive's agreements, covenants and undertakings, or the other restrictions which he has accepted, in Sections 8.4 or 10, and the remaining such agreements, covenants, undertakings and restrictions shall be given the fullest possible effect, without regard to the invalid parts.
Partial Enforceability. 24.1 If any portion of this Joint Venture Contract becomes unenforceable due to operation of law or change of governmental policy, the remaining portions of the Contract shall remain in full effect unless doing so would render it impossible to fulfill the business purpose of the Joint Venture.
Partial Enforceability. 20.1 Any provision hereof that is held to be inoperative, unenforceable or invalid in any jurisdiction shall be inoperative, unenforceable or invalid in that jurisdiction without affecting any other provision hereof in the jurisdiction or the operation, enforceability or validity of that provision in any other jurisdiction, and to this end the provisions hereof are declared to be severable.
