Extension of Restricted Period. In addition to the remedies the Company may seek and obtain pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement, the Restricted Period shall be extended by any and all periods during which the Executive shall be found by a court to have been in violation of the covenants contained in Section 7 hereof.
Extension of Restricted Period. If the Executive breaches Section 6.1 in any respect, the restrictions contained in that section will be extended for a period equal to the period that the Executive was in breach.
Extension of Restricted Period. The Restricted Period shall be extended by the length of any period during which Executive is in breach of any of the terms of Section 5 hereof.
Extension of Restricted Period. If Executive breaches Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3, the Restricted Period will be extended by an amount of time equal to the period that Executive was in breach.
Extension of Restricted Period. If Executive breaches any of the covenants contained in Section 4(a) or Section 4(b), then the Restricted Period shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which Executive is in breach of such restrictive covenant.
Extension of Restricted Period. If the Executive breaches any non-competition or non-solicitation covenant set forth in this Section 6 in any respect, the Restricted Period will be extended for a period equal to the period that the Executive was in breach of such covenant, up to a maximum period of one (1) year.
Extension of Restricted Period. If (a) the Company issues an earnings release or material news or a material event relating to the Company occurs during the last seventeen (17) days of the Restricted Period, or (b) prior to the expiration of the Restricted Period, the Company announces that it will release earnings results during the sixteen (16)-day period beginning on the last day of the Restricted Period, the Restricted Period shall be extended until the expiration of the eighteen (18)-day period beginning on the issuance of the earnings release or the occurrence of the material news or material event.
Extension of Restricted Period. In the event of any violation of any Restrictive Covenant, the restricted period of the covenant that was violated shall be extended by a period of time equal to the period beginning when such violation commenced and ending when the activities constituting such violation have ceased, such that Enfusion gets the full benefit of the bargain with respect to the agreed upon period of restriction.
Extension of Restricted Period. The period of applicability of Section 7(A) shall be extended an additional day for each day on which Executive is in breach of Section 7(A).
Extension of Restricted Period. The Restricted Period and any Term following the termination of the Employee's employment for which restrictions are applicable shall be tolled for any period during which the Employee is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to have been in breach of any of Sections 4.2, 4.3, or 4.4 hereof.
