Lock-Box Accounts. The names and addresses of all of the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in Schedule 6.1(n).
Lock-Box Accounts. The names and addresses of all of the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in Schedule II (or have been notified to and approved by the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 8.03(d)).
Lock-Box Accounts. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts of each Seller Party at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in SCHEDULE 6.02(I) (or have been notified to and approved by the Administrator and the Relationship Bank in writing in accordance with SECTION 7.03(D)).
Lock-Box Accounts. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in Exhibit C to the Transfer Agreement (or at such other Lock-Box Banks and/or with such other Lock-Box Accounts as have been notified to the Purchaser and the Agent and for which Lock-Box Agreements have been executed in accor- dance with Section 2.8(b) of the Transfer Agreement and delivered to the Servicer). All Obligors have been instructed to make payment to a Lock-Box Account and only Collections are deposited into the Lock-Box Accounts.
Lock-Box Accounts. Each Lock-Box Account constitutes a "deposit account" within the meaning of the applicable UCC.
Lock-Box Accounts. With respect to all Lock-Box Accounts (and all related lock-boxes), the Seller has delivered to the Administrator, on behalf of the Issuer, a fully executed Lock-Box Agreement pursuant to which the applicable Lock-Box Bank has agreed, following the occurrence and continuation of a Termination Event, to comply with all instructions given by the Administrator with respect to all funds on deposit in such Lock-Box Account (and all funds sent to the respective lock-box), without further consent by the Seller or the Servicer.
Lock-Box Accounts. The names and addresses of all the Lock-Box Banks, together with the account numbers of the Lock-Box Accounts at such Lock-Box Banks, are specified in Exhibit C to the Receivables Transfer Agreement. All Obligors have been instructed to make payment to a Lock-Box Account.
Lock-Box Accounts. No Borrower shall establish or open any lockbox or blocked account with any Person (other than the Lender) after the Closing Date.
Lock-Box Accounts. Borrower shall, at Lender's request, instruct all of its Customers to make such payments on account of Receivables to an account under Lender's dominion and control at such bank as Lender may designate. Borrower shall also execute such further documents as Lender may deem necessary to establish such an account, and all funds deposited in such account shall immediately be deemed Lender's property.
