Extension of Expiration Date. If the Company fails to cause any Registration Statement covering Registrable Securities (unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms are as defined in the Registration Rights Agreement relating to the Warrant Shares (the "Registration Rights Agreement")) to be declared effective prior to the applicable dates set forth therein, or if any of the events specified in Section 2(c)(ii) of the Registration Rights Agreement occurs, and the Blackout Period (whether alone, or in combination with any other Blackout Period) continues for more than 60 days in any 12 month period, or for more than a total of 90 days, then the Expiration Date of this Warrant shall be extended one day for each day beyond the 60-day or 90-day limits, as the case may be, that the Blackout Period continues.

Extension of Expiration Date. In the event that the exercise of this Option would be prohibited solely because the issuance of shares of Common Stock pursuant to the Option would violate applicable securities laws, the Administrator may, in its sole discretion and in accordance with Code Section 409A and the regulations, notices and other guidance of general applicability thereunder, permit the expiration of the Option to be tolled during such time as its exercise is so prohibited; provided, however, that the expiration date may not thereby be extended more than 30 days after the date the exercise first would no longer violate applicable securities laws.
Extension of Expiration Date. At the option of the Holder, the Expiration Date may be extended for the number of Trading Days during any period occurring after the Required Effectiveness Date in which (i) trading in the Common Stock is suspended by any Trading Market, (ii) the Registration Statement is not effective, or (iii) the prospectus included in the Registration Statement may not be used by the Holders for the resale of Registrable Securities thereunder.

Extension of Expiration Date. RenRe may, at its option, give the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank written notice (an "Extension Request") at any time not more than sixty days, nor less than thirty days, prior to the Expiration Date in effect at such time (the "Current Expiration Date") of the Credit Parties' desire to extend the Expiration Date to a date which is not later than 364 days after the Current Expiration Date. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of such Extension Request, and each Lender shall endeavor to respond to such Extension Request, whether affirmatively or negatively (such determination to be in the sole discretion of such Lender and may be separately denied for any Account Party), by notice to RenRe and the Administrative Agent within 10 days of receipt of such request. A Lender that has not affirmatively responded within such 10-day period shall be deemed to have responded negatively. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify RenRe of Lenders' responses (or deemed responses) and the aggregate amount (the "Rejected Amount") of the L/C Commitments of the Lenders (the "Rejecting Lenders") that have not agreed to the Extension Request. If the Rejected Amount exceeds 50% of the Total Commitment (or if Wachovia shall be a Rejecting Lender), the Current Expiration Date shall not be extended. If the Rejected Amount does not exceed 50% of the Total Commitment, RenRe shall have the right, in consultation with and through the Administrative Agent, prior to the Current Expiration Date, as the case may be, to request one or more Lenders that have agreed to the requested extension (the "Accepting Lenders") to increase their L/C Commitments by an aggregate amount not to exceed the Rejected Amount. Each Accepting Lender shall have the right, but not the obligation, to offer to increase its L/C Commitment by an amount not to exceed the amount requested by RenRe, which offer shall be made by notice from such Accepting Lender to the Administrative Agent, not later than 10 days after such Accepting Lender is notified of such request by the Administrative Agent, specifying the amount of the offered increase in such Accepting Lender's L/C Commitment. Such increase shall be effected on the Current Expiration Date by a pro rata assignment of a Rejecting Lender's or Rejecting Lenders' Letter of Credit Advances and L/C Commitment pursuant to SECTION 9.05 (without regard to the minimum assignment amount set forth therein), which each Rejecting Lender agre...
Extension of Expiration Date. At any time or from time to time prior to the Expiration Date then in effect, the Company may, in its sole discretion, by delivery of notice to the Warrant Agent, extend the Expiration Date to provide for an additional period or periods during which the Warrants may be exercised as the Company, in its sole discretion, may elect. In connection with any such extension of the Expiration Date, the Company may, in its sole discretion, increase or decrease the Exercise Price payable during any such extension.

Extension of Expiration Date. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Revolving Credit Commitments (or portions of the Revolving Credit Commitments) set forth on Schedule 2.15 (the “Expiring Commitments”) shall automatically terminate on November 19, 2018 (the “Original Expiration Date”), and upon such termination, the Borrowers shall, (a) pay, with accrued interest and with any additional compensation required under Section 2.3 and Section 5.5.2, the amount of any Revolving Credit Loans related to such Expiring Commitments, (b) prepay any additional Revolving Credit Loans of the Banks to the extent that the Revolving Credit Usage exceeds the Revolving Credit Commitments (in each case after giving effect to the Expiring Commitments) and (c) make any other payments required hereunder, including without limitation, payments required under Section 2.8, Section 2.9 and Section 5.6. After giving effect to the Expiring Commitments, all Letters of Credit Outstanding and Swing Loans outstanding at such time, and all Letters of Credit issued or Swing Loans made after the Original Expiration Date shall be reallocated among the Banks holding Revolving Credit Commitments after the Original Expiration Date in accordance with their respective Ratable Shares (as determined after giving effect to the Expiring Commitments and without reference to any Bank’s Expiring Commitment), but only to the extent, in each case, after giving effect to the Expiring Commitments, (x) the sum of all Banks’ Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding plus the sum of such Banks’ Ratable Share of the Dollar Equivalent of all Swing Loans then outstanding and Letters of Credit Outstanding at such time does not exceed the total of all such Banks’ Revolving Credit Commitments and (y) the aggregate obligation of each Bank to acquire, refinance or fund any participations in the portion of Letters of Credit Outstanding and Swing Loans pursuant to the reallocation contemplated above shall not exceed, in each case, after giving effect to the Expiring Commitments, the positive difference between (i) the Revolving Credit Commitment of such Bank minus (ii) such Bank’s Revolving Credit Loans then outstanding plus such Bank’s Ratable Share of the Dollar Equivalent of all Swing Loans then outstanding and Letters of Credit Outstanding at such time.
