Amendment Date. This Amendment shall be deemed effective as of January 1, 2005 (the “Amendment Date”). Except as specifically set forth in this Amendment, all capitalized terms used in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Employment Agreement.
Amendment Date. This Amendment will be effective as of the Amendment Effective Date.
Amendment Date. This Amendment shall be effective as of the Amendment Date. This Amendment and any amendments made to the provisions of the IP License Agreement hereunder shall have no retroactive effect.

This Amendment shall become effective upon the date (the “Amendment Date”) on which Spirit shall have received executed counterpart signatures pages of this Amendment from each of the parties hereto and on which the Second Amendment to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement shall become effective.

Amendment Date. Unless otherwise indicated, the amendments contained herein shall be effective as of the date of this Seventh Amending Agreement (the “Amendment Date”).
