No Other Payments or Benefits. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that upon the termination of his employment, no other benefits, compensation or remuneration of any kind is owed by the Company to the Executive other than as set forth in this Section 10 or as set forth in any Option Agreements.
No Other Payments or Benefits. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, (i) after the Termination Date Executive will not be entitled to any payments from the Company and (ii) on the Termination Date Executive’s participation in and coverage under the Company’s benefit programs (including the ATC Retirement Savings Plan (i.e., the 401(k) plan) and the Company’s group life and disability insurance plans) shall cease; provided that Executive shall retain any right to convert to individual coverage as permitted under these insurance plans and to any vested benefits under the 401(k) plan and the Company’s stock incentive plans.
No Other Payments or Benefits. In the event your employment is terminated during the Term of Employment, you shall not be entitled to any severance under the Company’s general employee policies or any severance policy or plan maintained by the Company, the payment and benefits provided for in this Agreement constituting the sole source of any payments or benefits payable to you except any amounts payable to you as required by applicable law. Except as may be otherwise provided in Section 5.4(c), your rights to benefits and payments under any benefit plan, Long-Term Incentive Plan, or other plan of the Company will be determined in accordance with the then current terms and provisions of such plans and any agreements under which such benefits or payments were granted.
No Other Payments or Benefits. The terms and conditions of this Section 5.03 and the amounts paid and the benefits provided to the Executive hereunder are in full satisfaction of any payments or benefits which the Executive may otherwise have been entitled to receive in relation to the termination of this Agreement and the Executive’s employment hereunder pursuant to the common law and any applicable laws, including, without limitation, the British Columbia Employment Standards Act, or any of the Company’s programs, policies, plans, contracts or agreements, whether written or verbal. Upon receipt of the payments and benefits described herein, the Executive will have no action, cause of action, claim or demand against the Company, the Company’s Affiliates or any other person arising out of or in relation to the Executive’s employment under this Agreement or the termination of this Agreement and the Executive’s employment hereunder, other than to enforce the terms of this Agreement and remedy any breach thereof by the Company.
No Other Payments or Benefits. Executive agrees that he or she is not entitled to receive, and will not claim, any payments or benefits other than what is expressly set forth in Sections 6.6.1 and 6.6.2 of the Employment Agreement and such other benefits which, by their terms, survive Executive’s termination of employment, and hereby expressly waives any right to additional payments or benefits.

As of the Termination Date, other than the payments and benefits expressly provided for or referred to in this Section 4, all obligations of the Company to Executive, other than as required by law or provided under any applicable employee benefit plan of the Company, shall cease.
No Other Payments or Benefits. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 3.4, Section 8 or Section 9, no other payments or benefits shall be due under this Agreement to Executive
No Other Payments or Benefits. You acknowledge and agree that, other than the payments and benefits expressly set forth in this Agreement, you have received all compensation to which you are entitled from the Company, and you are not entitled to any other payments or benefits from the Company.
No Other Payments or Benefits. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Section 11 or as required by law, all of Executive’s employee benefits and compensation shall cease on the last day on which he performs services as an employee of Employer.
No Other Payments or Benefits. Executive shall not be eligible for, and he will not receive, any payments or benefits from the Company, or under any plan, agreement, or arrangement in which Executive or the Company are a party or participate which are not expressly set forth in Section 5(b) or 5(c) of the Employment Agreement.
