Location and Travel. Executive’s place of work shall be Employer’s offices in Oslo, Norway. Executive acknowledges and agrees that his duties and responsibilities to Employer will require him to travel extensively and worldwide from time to time, including to the offices of the Parent Company in the Channel Islands.

During the Employment Period, Executive's business office shall be located (and his duties shall generally be performable) at the executive offices of the Company in Boca Raton, Florida, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company and Executive. Such office may be relocated, but any relocation of more than 50 miles from Troy, Ohio without the Employee's consent shall be treated as a termination not for cause under Section 4.1 and shall entitle the Employee to all applicable benefits under Section 4.
