Licensed Product. The term “Licensed Product” shall mean any product (a) the manufacture, use, importation, sale or offer for sale of which would, in the absence of the license granted by this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim of any of the Licensed Patent Rights, or (b) that is comprised of, utilizes or incorporates Licensed Biological Materials, or (c) that is discovered, developed or made using a Licensed Process.
Licensed Product. The Licensed Product includes (list all titles covered by this agreement)
Licensed Product. The term "Licensed Product" shall mean any product which cannot be developed, manufactured, offered for sale, imported, used or sold without (i) infringing one or more claims under Scripps Patent Rights; or (ii) utilizing any part of Scripps Technology not otherwise included within Scripps Patent Rights.
Licensed Product. The term “Licensed Product” has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement.
Licensed Product. Subject to Section 11, during the term of this Agreement, CoStar will provide updated Information and Analysis, as applicable, to Licensee, which updates may be provided through the Internet or in such other manner as determined by CoStar. Licensee is responsible for providing all hardware, software and equipment necessary to obtain and use the Licensed Product. Licensee is responsible for all charges necessary to access the Licensed Product. CoStar reserves the right to modify any part of the Licensed Product or the way the Licensed Product is accessed at any time, so long as such modifications do not significantly degrade the Licensed Product.
Licensed Product. Licensed Product shall mean any product the manufacture, use or sale of which would, absent the licenses granted by the Licensors to Licensees herein, infringe any Valid Claim included in any Licensed Patent.

Customer confirms that the subscriptions to the Licensed Product is neither contingent upon the delivery of any future functionality or features, nor dependent upon any oral or written public comments made by Showpad with respect to (potential) future functionality or features.
