Exclusive Agreement. This is the entire Agreement between Contractor and Client.
Exclusive Agreement. Executive represents and warrants to the Company that there are no agreements or arrangements, whether written or oral, in effect which would prevent Executive from rendering his exclusive services to the Company during the Term.
Exclusive Agreement. The Company has not paid or agreed to pay to any person any compensation for soliciting another person to purchase any securities of the Company (except as contemplated in this Agreement).

You agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Company with respect to the Account Funding Services, and the Agreement supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between you and Company relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, will prevail over any subsequent oral communications between you and the Company.

Exclusive Agreement. The Employee represents and warrants to the Company that he is not a party to any agreement or arrangement, whether written or oral, in effect which would prevent the Employee from rendering service to the Company during the Term.
Exclusive Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein, this Agreement shall supersede and replace in its entirety any prior written or oral agreement between the Company and the Indemnitee with regard to the subject matter hereof.

Additional agreements relating to and specifying any membership, cost, type service, length of service and product related matters may be formed between Practitioner and Client as long as nothing therein conflicts with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and should such conflict occur, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall predominate and control.
Exclusive Agreement. This agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of understanding between the parties which supersedes all previous agreements, written or oral, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
