Extension of Employment Term. The EMPLOYMENT TERM of the AGREEMENT is hereby extended and the AGREEMENT shall terminate and expire on March 31, 2012.

Extension of Employment Term. The term of employment described at Section 4 of the Agreement shall be extended to July 31, 2002.
Extension of Employment Term. Executive’s Employment Term under the Employment Agreement shall be extended through and until May 1, 2024; thereafter, such term shall continue from year-to-year and shall be renewed for an additional one-year period as of each anniversary of the Effective Date, unless either party shall give 90 days’ prior written notice to the other that the term of Executive’s employment hereunder shall not be extended, at which time the Employment Agreement shall expire (the “Expiration Date”). Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit the Company or the Bank, as the case may be, from continuing to employ Executive after the Expiration Date as an “at will” employee or under other terms and conditions separately negotiated between the parties.

Extension of Employment Term. The Company has the exclusive option to extend Executive's employment with the Company beyond the Initial Term for additional one-year terms. Any one-year term of employment after the Initial Term shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Extended Term."

Extension of Employment Term. PARTIES hereby acknowledge and agree that the period of EXECUTIVE’s employment with the BANK shall be extended for a period of two (2) additional years from the expiration of the initial five (5) years term, to wit, 12:00 midnight September 17, 2008. Pursuant to this Amendment, EXECUTIVE’s employment shall continue until 12:00 midnight September 17, 2010, unless sooner terminated under the terms and conditions set forth in the original Employment
Extension of Employment Term. Executive agrees to remain employed with the Company through for a period commencing on the Amendment Date, and ending on the third anniversary of the Amendment Date (such period, or until the Executive’s employment is earlier terminated pursuant to Section 7 of the Employment Agreement, the “Amended Employment Term”).
