LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED OR DESTROYED WARRANT. If this Warrant is lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed, the Company may, on such terms as to indemnity or otherwise as it may reasonably impose (which shall, in the case of a mutilated Warrant, include the surrender thereof), issue a new Warrant of like denomination and tenor as the Warrant so lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed. Any such new Warrant shall constitute an original contractual obligation of the Company, whether or not the allegedly lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed Warrant shall be at any time enforceable by anyone.

LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED OR DESTROYED WARRANT. The Corporation covenants to the holder hereof that, upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Corporation of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant or any stock certificate and, in the case of any such loss, theft or destruction, upon receipt of an indemnity reasonably satisfactory to the Corporation, or in the case of any such mutilation, upon surrender and cancellation of such Warrant or stock certificate, the Corporation will make and deliver a new Warrant or stock certificate, of like tenor, in lieu of the lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant or stock certificate.
LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED OR DESTROYED WARRANT. In case the certificate or certificates evidencing the Warrants shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall, at the request of the Warrantholder, issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated certificate or certificates, or in lieu of and substitution for the certificate or certificates lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant certificate or certificates of like tenor and representing an equivalent right or interest, but only upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant and an agreement of indemnity, if requested.
LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED OR DESTROYED WARRANT. In case the certificate or certificates evidencing the Warrants shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall, at the request of the Warrantholder, issue and deliver in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation or the mutilated certificate or certificates, or in lieu of and substitution for the certificate or certificates lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant certificate or certificates of like tenor and representing an equivalent right or interest but only upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant and a bond of indemnity, if requested, also satisfactory in form and amount at the applicant's cost. Applicants for such substitute Warrant certificate or certificates shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.
