Administrators. The Administrator may employ one or more sub-administrators from time to time to perform such of the acts and services of the Administrator and upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Administrator and such sub-administrators and approved by the Trustees of the Fund, all as permitted by the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Administrators. The principal, assistant principals, and District administrators who have bargaining unit members within their department shall implement BrIDGES. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that each instructional employee is oriented to the system and that the required evaluation is completed.
Administrators i. The salary of an administrator assuming or resuming a faculty appointment shall be determined by taking the original base salary for the secondary faculty appointment and increasing such base salary by any salary increases provided for in this Agreement (total salary pool), or predecessor Agreements, over the relevant time period.
Administrators. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Administrators” means the individual so designated by Client on the Order Document. An Administrator has full administrative privileges for all Software and Services, including without limitation (i) creating, deleting or modifying databases or user accounts; (ii) creating, deleting, copying, restoring or requesting copies of databases; (iii) requesting security and audit reporting; (iv) security class modification; and (v) site modification. Once named, the Administrator(s) shall have sole authority to instruct MRI and make decisions on behalf of Client regarding Client’s use of the Software or Services. MRI shall be entitled to rely upon any representation of the Administrator(s) without further verification of authority. MRI may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, require written documentation of Client verifying the authority or continued authority of any Administrator, which Client shall provide upon request. At least one (1) Administrator must be a Designated Support Contact. An Administrator must be an employee of the Client.
Administrators. Whenever an administrator's course work plan for certificate/license renewal is being discussed or voted upon, the local professional development committee shall, at the request of one of its administrative members, cause a majority of the committee to consist of administrative members by reducing the number of teacher members (classroom and individual/small group instruction) voting on the plan. The teacher (classroom or individual/small group instruction) member present, whose term of office expires last, shall be the voting committee member.

Administrators. Customer shall designate one or more of its employees who will act as Administrators with respect to Customer’s account under this Agreement. The TRUCE System will provide each Administrator with certain administrative privileges with respect to TRUCE’s account within the TRUCE System (which other Users will not have), including the ability to access and control the rules and policies associated with the UserID for each User. The Administrator shall be solely responsible for authorizing, issuing and deauthorizing Users, administering security profiles of Users, and inputting data regarding the Users. Customer agrees that no User login credentials will be shared or otherwise utilized by two or more individuals at any time. Customer shall timely deauthorize all Users that are no longer authorized to have access to the TRUCE System. Customer will maintain, and will cause all Administrators to maintain, the security of all information relating to Customer’s account access under this Agreement, including login credentials; and TRUCE shall have no responsibility for any loss, damages or liability in connection with any lost or stolen account access information. At all times during the Term, Customer will ensure that there is at least one Administrator designated with respect to Customer’s account. Customer will promptly cancel the UserID or other credentials of any Administrator or User who (i) ceases to be engaged by Customer as an employee or independent contractor, (ii) Customer no longer wishes to have access to the TRUCE System for any other reason, or (iii) Customer knows or reasonably believes is causing Customer to breach any provision of this Agreement or is in any way misusing the TRUCE System. Customer is responsible for all acts and failures to act of its Users, and for ensuring that all Users are permitted by applicable law to access the TRUCE System. TRUCE shall have no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused by the failure of Customer to deauthorize a User (e.g., a terminated employee).Customer will ensure that all Users and Administrators comply with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Administrators. Through the Services, You may specify certain users as administrators, who have important rights and controls over Your use of the Services (each an “Administrator”). This may include entering into Order Forms; creating, de-provisioning, modifying, or monitoring user roles; setting permission levels; configuring the Services; setting retention or deletion policies as applicable; and overall managing access to Your Sumo Logic account.
