EXISTING PROGRAMS. (a) The Band agrees with Canada that the execution of this Agreement shall not entitle the Band to any funding per capita in addition to the existing program funding from the Department for the development of infrastructure or capital expenditure for any improvement to Reserve and/or Entitlement Reserve Lands, provided that the Band shall be entitled to apply on a per capita basis for existing or any future program funds.

For clarity, Roche shall retain rights to such compounds and products whether or not it chooses to develop such products and shall retain rights to such compounds and products upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.
EXISTING PROGRAMS. The Greensky MasterCard Program—Greensky offers retailers and distributors a line of credit to purchase inventory at market using the Greensky MasterCard Program. The Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Program The Home Depot Program—Greensky offers customers of The Home Depot a co-branded MasterCard card program to allow such customers to use their loan proceeds from Greensky to purchase materials and services at Home Depot using the co-branded MasterCard card The Greensky Home Improvement Program—Greensky offers customers a co-branded MasterCard card program to allow such customers to use their loan proceeds from Greensky to purchase home improvement materials from various retailers using the co-branded MasterCard card. CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL APPEARING IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY [*****] HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 406 PROMULGATED UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CO-BRANDED MASTERCARD CARD PROGRAM AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CO-BRANDED MASTERCARD CARD PROGRAM AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), effective as of December 30, 2013, is made by and between Greensky Trade Credit, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Greensky”), and Comdata Inc., a Delaware corporation and successor in interest to Comdata Network, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Comdata”).
EXISTING PROGRAMS. In the case of an Existing Program that falls within the scope of clause 6 of the Framework Agreement, the Parties agree that the program shall not be eligible for Contributions under this Implementation Agreement after March 31, 2006, unless it is compliant with clause 5.2 of the Framework Agreement at that time.
EXISTING PROGRAMS. Voyager shall conduct each Existing Program pursuant to the applicable Existing Program Development Plan. The JSC shall, prior to the end of each Calendar Year prior to the applicable Transition Date, review the Existing Program Development Plans and determine whether to update such plans, including to prepare a detailed budget for the subsequent Calendar Year. A Party may also develop and submit to the JSC from time to time proposed substantive amendments to the AADC Program Development Plan or the FA Program Development Plan. The JSC shall review such proposed amendments and may approve such proposed amendments or any other proposed amendments that the JSC may consider from time to time in its discretion and, upon any such approval by the JSC, the AADC Program Development Plan or FA Program Development Plan, as applicable, shall be amended accordingly.

EXISTING PROGRAMS. In conducting all of its activities described in sections 7.1 (“Research Program”), the Oversight Body shall make best use of existing research institutions and programs.
EXISTING PROGRAMS. The PGDP has a comprehensive program for emergency response. The Pump-and-Treat Operations Manager will ensure that personnel are trained to implement the site program. In the area of emergency response procedures, the NEPCS is considered a part of PGDP. NEPCS personnel will cooperate with emergency response personnel and may be asked to provide assistance in accounting for personnel, gathering at the safe refuge point, and reporting the status of the incident.
EXISTING PROGRAMS. Notwithstanding paragraphs (3) and (4), any training program of an air carrier to prepare flight and cabin crew members for potential threat conditions that was approved by the Administrator or the Under Secretary before the date of enactment of the Vision 100—Century of Aviation Xxxx- thorization Act may continue in effect until disapproved or ordered modified by the Under Secretary.
EXISTING PROGRAMS. The rate of the Commission for Existing Programs to be paid by Old Lyme to PBC shall be the same rate paid by Old Lyme to PBC with respect to each Existing Program as of the Effective Date, not to exceed thirty-five percent (35%); and
