THIRTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture), dated as of July 10, 2017, between Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., a Georgia corporation (the Company), and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association (the Trustee).

Definitions. Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the respective meanings given them in the Base Indenture, provided that references to this Indenture, herein, hereof and hereunder and other words of a similar import in the Base Indenture shall be deemed to be a reference to the Base Indenture as supplemented and amended by this Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture. Any references to Article or Section herein shall be a reference to an article or section of this Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture unless expressly specified otherwise. For purposes of this Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture, the following terms shall have the meanings specified below, notwithstanding any contrary definition in the Base Indenture. or euro means the single currency introduced at the third stage of the European Monetary Union pursuant to the Treaty establishing the European Community, as amended. Below Investment Grade Rating Event means the rating on the Notes (as hereinafter defined) is lowered by each of the Rating Agencies and the Notes are rated below an Investment Grade Rating by each of the Rating Agencies on any date from the date of the public notice of an arrangement that could result in a Change of Control until the end of the 60-day period following public notice of the occurrence of the Change of Control (which 60-day period shall be extended so long as the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for possible downgrade by any Rating Agency). Change of Control means the occurrence of any of the following: (1) the direct or indirect sale, lease, transfer, conveyance or other disposition (other than by way of merger or consolidation), in one or a series of related transactions, of all or substantially all of the properties and assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole to any person or group (as those terms are used in Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act) other than the Company and its Subsidiaries; (2) the approval by the holders of the Companys common stock of any plan or proposal for the liquidation or dissolution of the Company (whether or not otherwise in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture); (3) the consummation of any transaction (including, without limitation, any merger or consolidation) the result of which is that any person or group (as those terms are used in Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act) becomes the beneficial owner (as defined in Rules 13d-3 and 13d-5 under the Exchange Act), directly or indirectly, of more than 50% of the then outstanding number of shares of the Companys voting stock; or (4) the Company consolidates or merges with or into any entity, pursuant to a transaction in which any of the outstanding voting stock of the Company or such other entity is converted into or exchanged for cash, securities or other property (except when voting stock of the Company constitutes, or is converted into, or exchanged for, at least a majority of the voting stock of the surviving person). Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Below Investment Grade Rating Event. Clearstream means Clearstream Banking, S.A. or any successor securities clearing agency. Common Depositary means The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch. Comparable Government Bond means, in relation to any Comparable Government Bond Rate calculation, at the discretion of an Independent Investment Banker, a German government bond whose maturity is closest to the maturity of the Notes (assuming for this purpose that the Notes mature on the Par Call Date), or if such Independent Investment Banker in its discretion determines that such similar bond is not in issue, such other German government bond as such Independent Investment Banker may, with the advice of three brokers of, and/or market makers in, German government bonds selected by the Company, determine to be appropriate for determining the Comparable Government Bond Rate. Comparable Government Bond Rate means the price, expressed as a percentage (rounded to three decimal places, with 0.0005 being rounded upwards), at which the gross redemption yield on the Notes to be redeemed, if they were to be purchased at such price on the third Business Day prior to the date fixed for redemption, would be equal to the gross redemption yield on such Business Day of the Comparable Government Bond on the basis of the middle market price of the Comparable Government Bond prevailing at 11:00 a.m. (London tine) on such Business Day as determined by an Independent Investment Banker. Depositary means, with respect to the Notes, The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, as common depositary on behalf of Euroclear and Clearstream, or any successor entity thereto. ELEVENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of July 3, 2017 (this Supplemental Indenture), between TANGER PROPERTIES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership duly organized and existing under the laws of North Carolina (hereinafter called the Issuer), having its principal executive office located at 3200 Northline Avenue, Suite 360, Greensboro, North Carolina 27408, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (as successor in interest to State Street Bank and Trust Company), a national banking association having a corporate trust office at One Federal Street, 10th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 as successor trustee under the Original Indenture (as defined below) (the Trustee).

Definitions. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Supplemental Indenture shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Original Indenture. In addition, the following terms shall have the following meanings to be equally applicable to both the singular and the plural forms of the terms set forth below: COMPARABLE TREASURY ISSUE means, with respect to any redemption or acceleration date for the Notes, the United States Treasury security selected by the Independent Investment Banker as having a maturity comparable to the Assumed Remaining Life (as defined in Section 1.4(d)) that would be utilized, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of comparable maturity to the remaining term of the Notes to be redeemed. COMPARABLE TREASURY PRICE means, with respect to any redemption or acceleration date for the Notes: (a) the average of four Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for such redemption or acceleration date, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations, or (b) if the Issuer obtains fewer than four but more than one such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for such redemption or acceleration date, the average of all such quotations, or (c) if the Issuer obtains only one such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotation for such redemption or acceleration date, that Reference Treasury Dealer Quotation. DTC means The Depository Trust Company. GAAP means generally accepted accounting principles, as in effect from time to time, as used in the United States applied on a consistent basis. Comparable Treasury Issue means the United States Treasury security selected by an Independent Investment Banker as having an actual or interpolated maturity comparable to the remaining term of the Senior Notes to be redeemed that would be utilized, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of comparable maturity to the remaining term of such Senior Notes. Comparable Treasury Price means, with respect to any Redemption Date, (1) the arithmetic average of four Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for such Redemption Date after excluding the highest and lowest Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations, or (2) if the Trustee obtains fewer than four Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of all Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for such Redemption Date. Continuing Directors means, as of any date of determination, any member of the Obligor Board who (1) was a member of the Obligor Board on the date of the issuance of the Senior Notes; or (2) was nominated for election or elected to the Obligor Board with the approval of a majority of the Continuing Directors who were members of the Obligor Board at the time of such nomination or election. Eighth Supplemental Indenture means this Eighth Supplemental Indenture dated as of September 22, 2016 to the Indenture between the Obligor and the Trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time. TENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this Tenth Supplemental Indenture), dated as of August 16, 2016, between Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., a Georgia corporation (the Company), and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association (the Trustee).

Definitions. Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the respective meanings given them in the Base Indenture, provided that references to this Indenture, herein, hereof and hereunder and other words of a similar import in the Base Indenture shall be deemed to be a reference to the Base Indenture as supplemented and amended by this Tenth Supplemental Indenture. Any references to Article or Section herein shall be a reference to an article or section of this Tenth Supplemental Indenture unless expressly specified otherwise. For purposes of this Tenth Supplemental Indenture, the following terms shall have the meanings specified below, notwithstanding any contrary definition in the Base Indenture. Below Investment Grade Rating Event means the rating on the Notes (as hereinafter defined) is lowered by each of the Rating Agencies and the Notes are rated below an Investment Grade Rating by each of the Rating Agencies on any date from the date of the public notice of an arrangement that could result in a Change of Control until the end of the 60-day period following public notice of the occurrence of the Change of Control (which 60-day period shall be extended so long as the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for possible downgrade by any Rating Agency). Change of Control means the occurrence of any of the following: (1) the direct or indirect sale, lease, transfer, conveyance or other disposition (other than by way of merger or consolidation), in one or a series of related transactions, of all or substantially all of the properties and assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole to any person or group (as those terms are used in Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act) other than the Company and its Subsidiaries; (2) the approval by the holders of the Companys common stock of any plan or proposal for the liquidation or dissolution of the Company (whether or not otherwise in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture); (3) the consummation of any transaction (including, without limitation, any merger or consolidation) the result of which is that any person or group (as those terms are used in Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act) becomes the beneficial owner (as defined in Rules 13d-3 and 13d-5 under the Exchange Act), directly or indirectly, of more than 50% of the then outstanding number of shares of the Companys voting stock; or (4) the Company consolidates or merges with or into any entity, pursuant to a transaction in which any of the outstanding voting stock of the Company or such other entity is converted into or exchanged for cash, securities or other property (except when voting stock of the Company constitutes, or is converted into, or exchanged for, at least a majority of the voting stock of the surviving person). Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Below Investment Grade Rating Event. Comparable Treasury Issue means the United States Treasury security selected by an Independent Investment Banker as having a maturity comparable to the remaining term of the Notes that would be utilized, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of a comparable maturity to the remaining term of the Notes (assuming for this purpose that the Notes matured on the Par Call Date (as defined in Section 2.6)). FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of August 15, 2016 (the Fourth Supplemental Indenture), among CUBESMART, L.P., a limited partnership formed under the laws of Delaware (the Issuer), CUBESMART, a real estate investment trust formed under the laws of Maryland and the sole general partner and a limited partner of the Issuer (the Parent Guarantor), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee (the Trustee).

Definitions. For all purposes of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, except for terms defined herein or unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Indenture. In addition, the following terms shall have the following meanings to be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms set forth below: Acquired Indebtedness means Indebtedness of a Person (i) existing at the time such Person becomes a Subsidiary or (ii) assumed in connection with the acquisition of assets from such Person, in each case, other than Indebtedness incurred in connection with, or in contemplation of, such Person becoming a Subsidiary or such acquisition. Acquired Indebtedness shall be deemed to be incurred on the date of the related acquisition of assets from any Person or the date on which the acquired Person becomes a Subsidiary. Annual Debt Service Charge means, for any period, the aggregate interest expense (including without limitation, the interest component of rentals on capitalized leases and letter of credit fees, commitment fees and other similar financial charges) for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries. Comparable Treasury Issue means the U.S. Treasury security selected by an Independent Investment Banker as having a maturity comparable to the remaining term of the Notes to be redeemed (assuming, for this purpose, that the Notes mature on the Par Call Date) (the remaining life) that would be utilized, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of comparable maturity to the remaining term of such Notes. Comparable Treasury Price means (1) the average of five Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations for a Redemption Date, after excluding the highest and lowest Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations, or (2) if the Independent Investment Banker obtains fewer than five such Reference Treasury Dealer Quotations, the average of all such quotations. Consolidated Income Available for Debt Service means, for any period, Earnings from Operations of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries plus amounts which have been deducted, and minus amounts which have been added, for the following (without duplication): (i) Annual Debt Service Charge of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries, (ii) provision for taxes of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries based on income, (iii) provisions for gains and losses on properties and depreciation and amortization, (iv) increases in deferred taxes and other non-cash items, (v) depreciation and amortization with respect to interests in joint venture and partially owned entity investments, (vi) the effect of any charge resulting from a change in accounting principles in determining Earnings from Operations for such period and (vii) amortization of deferred charges. Earnings from Operations means, for any period, net income or loss of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries, excluding (i) provisions for gains and losses on sales of investments or joint ventures; (ii) provisions for gains and losses on disposition of discontinued operations; (iii) extraordinary and non-recurring items; and (iv) impairment charges and property valuation losses, as reflected in the consolidated financial statements of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries for such period determined in accordance with GAAP. Encumbrance means any mortgage, lien, pledge or security interest of any kind. Indebtedness means, with respect to the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries (without duplication) any indebtedness of the Issuer or any of its respective Subsidiaries, (i) in respect of borrowed money, (ii) evidenced by bonds, notes, debentures or similar instruments, (iii) secured by any Encumbrance existing on property owned by the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries, (iv) consisting of letters of credit or amounts representing the balance deferred and unpaid of the purchase price of any property, except any such balance that constitutes an accrued expense or trade payable, or (v) consisting of capitalized leases, and also includes, to the extent not otherwise included, any obligation by the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries to be liable for, or to pay, as obligor, guarantor or otherwise (other than for purposes of collection in the ordinary course of business), indebtedness of another person (other than the Issuer or its Subsidiaries); it being understood that indebtedness shall be deemed to be incurred by the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries whenever it or that Subsidiary creates, assumes, guarantees or otherwise becomes liable in respect thereof.
