Assumption Agreement. A counterpart of the Assumption Agreement executed by Buyer;

In no event shall Lessor have any obligation to materially amend or modify this Lease in connection with any proposed Transfer, including, without limitation, amending or modifying the use restriction set forth in subsection 8.a. above.
